Three pedestrians hit by car near Geelong foreshore

Three pedestrians were injured when they were hit by a car near the Geelong foreshore on Sunday morning.

Police spokeswoman Leonie Johnson said the Geelong highway patrol was appealing for witnesses.

"Two men and a woman were hit by a car in a Ritchie Boulevard car park shortly before 3am," Ms Johnson said. 

"A 21-year-old Newtown man and 37-year-old Williams Landing woman were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

"A 20-year-old Lara man was treated at the scene for minor injuries"

The driver, a 21-year-old Ocean Grove man, has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
