Dashboard camera footage has captured what is claimed to be "the most common type of accident on the Kwinana Freeway" after a utility ploughed into a group of stationary cars.
The vision, posted by Dash Cam Owners Australia on Friday, shows a work vehicle failing to break near the Beeliar Road exit as it approached an upcoming line of stopped cars.

The chain reaction from the collision causes three cars in front of the ute to crash into one another.
Another ute travelling behind the offending car is seen swerving to narrowly avoid becoming part of the pile up.
Since being uploaded on Friday morning, the video has already been viewed 55,000 times.
