What: The Flow After Dark yoga series took off earlier this year with sold out shows across the country. Now, Flow Athletic is bringing you the next chapter in entertrainment – pumping beats, a rocking DJ, lighting, smoke machines and an incredible venue – along with a tough Spin workout.
Why: Do something healthy this silly season with this one-of-a-kind workout.
When: Thursday, 1 December, 2016. There will be four classes, at 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm and 8:00pm and lots of activation and activities happening on the evening. Tickets cost $43 and can be purchased here.
