In addition to the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, the following terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases on the AXS Site and Mobile App (each, a “Service”). Terms and conditions of sites linked to by or from this Service may vary.
Tickets
Each ticket that you purchase from this Service is a revocable license to attend a particular event and is subject to these terms as well as any specific terms and conditions applicable to the particular event that is listed on the ticket, and specific event/ticket restrictions noted below.
Payment
All ticket prices for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars. All ticket prices for events that occur in Canada are stated in Canadian Dollars. The Service accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases. Ticket purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise provided. AMOUNTS PAID ARE NONREFUNDABLE. See below for additional terms and conditions related to your purchase.
Delivery of Tickets
Your tickets will be available online, mailed to you, or available to be picked up at the venue box office, as indicated at the time of purchase. Certain events may have restricted delivery options. Shipping information, if any, is provided at checkout. Mailed tickets will be sent to the address provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase. AXS is not responsible for failure of delivery or any losses incurred as a result of a purchaser’s failure to provide an accurate address.
Information You Provide to Us
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the information we collect, how it is used, with whom the information may be shared, information collection by third parties, opt-out policy, and information security practices.
All information that you provide in connection with your purchase from the Service (including your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information) must be accurate, current and complete. You understand that you must comply with all applicable laws associated with the sale or purchase of tickets to entertainment events (including resale restrictions), which may be subject to state, county or city laws, regulations or ordinances.
You acknowledge that complying with laws is your responsibility. YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD US LIABLE FOR YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY LAW OR OUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY YOU OF, OR PROPERLY APPLY, ANY LAW. WE WILL COMPLY WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MAY PROVIDE THEM WITH ALL INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT TO US TO ASSIST IN ANY INVESTIGATION OR PROSECUTION THEY MAY CONDUCT. Remember a venue operator or event producer, in order to prevent ticket misuse, may require the person purchasing tickets to be the person that uses the ticket. Therefore, you may be required to produce identification or a credit card in order to pick up or use the tickets purchased.
You understand and agree that we shall have the right to provide any information you submit on or through the Service to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of any purchase made by you, on your behalf or through your account. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any purchase. You understand and agree that we shall have the right to provide any information you submit on or through the Service to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of any purchase made by you, on your behalf or through your account. Information/Services We Provide to You
Descriptions or images of, or references to, products or services on the Service do not imply our endorsement of such products or services. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to change such descriptions or references; to honor, or impose conditions on the honoring of, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to terminate, suspend any or limit any user’s ability to make purchases through the Service. Price and availability of any product or service on the Service are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise provided, there are no refunds or exchanges for any ticket purchases.
Ticket Availability
Tickets for events are typically sold through a variety of locations in addition to the Service. Typically each distribution point accesses the same ticket inventory and system, however it is possible that a venue may have several distribution points, including online, and that some distribution points (such as the venue itself) may have access to different tickets. There are typically limits on the number of tickets that you may purchase for any event. Please remember that tickets for popular events often sell out quickly, but that on occasion additional tickets may be put on sale for events that were once listed as sold out. The Service does not control ticket inventory or availability. In addition, AXS reserves the right to refuse to complete a transaction, refuse service, and/or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected credit card fraud, violation of terms, ticket limits, or any other reason.
Order Confirmation
AXS may send a summary of your purchase to the email address provided during purchase. You should receive a confirmation after concluding your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation from us, if you receive an error message, or if you discover an error in the information provided, contact Customer Service immediately at the email or phone number below, to ensure your transaction was completed and that your information is correct. The Service cannot be responsible for transactions that were not completed or for assumptions that a transaction was completed even though you did not receive a confirmation.
Please note that orders are processed only after a billing address, and/or other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If customer service is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, the Service may cancel your order and release your tickets without further notice or attempted notice to you. Information sent to the email address you provide may be deemed to be delivered to you, regardless whether you check your email, provide an incorrect address, or if the message is marked as “spam.”
Fees/Charges
Unless otherwise stated as part of the purchase, any tickets purchased on the Service are typically subject to a per-ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing and/or delivery fee. Depending on the venue, the ticketing company and your delivery choice, delivery charges may also apply. You may be able to avoid certain charges by purchasing tickets directly from the venue’s box office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please review your tickets carefully, including date and location of the event and your seat selection, before completing your transaction. Also, keep your tickets in a safe place. Unless otherwise stated in our terms, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded even if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
Cancellation/Postponement
Events are subject to cancellation or postponement for a variety of reasons. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled we will try to contact you to let you know about the refund or exchange procedures for that event. It is always a good idea to check event information on line prior to attending the event. Please note that if an opening act or guest artist is changed or cancelled, the event is not considered cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
In the event you are entitled to a refund and you have requested a refund, the Service will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card you used to purchase the ticket. If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event, please contact Customer Service.
Event/Ticket Restrictions
Limitations of Liability: There are certain risks inherent in attending any event, particularly sporting events or concerts. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against the Service, management, facility, league, artist, participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. Some of these risks include objects may fly into the spectator area during an event or special effects. Spectators must also be aware of the people around them. In the event you are hurt or believe there is a security issue, please contact an usher or security personnel.
Proper Conduct: All attendees must conduct themselves properly at an event. The venue operator and/or the event producer shall have the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly or improper, who uses inappropriate, vulgar or abusive language, who fails to provide proper identification, or who fails to comply with any other venue or event rules adopted by the venue operator or the event producer. Breach of these terms or rules could result in the termination of your license to attend the event without refund. Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of the event producer and/or venue operator.
Recording/Photography Restrictions: You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to AXS, its related entities, the venue owner and/or operator and the performing artist, team or other event producer to use your name, image, likeness, sounds in any audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
Search/No Expectation of Privacy: You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise from such a search. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, food, beverages, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, or certain size packages or bags. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event.
Re-Sale Restrictions: This ticket may not be used for any advertising or promotion purposes, or used as a contest prize without the prior written permission of the event producer. We reserve the right to cancel accounts or refuse to sell tickets to any individual who has engaged in the sale of counterfeit tickets or the unlawful re-sale of or unauthorized promotional use of tickets.
Additional Terms: Depending upon the event, there may be additional terms applicable to the sale and use of the event tickets listed on the Service.

Please read these terms and conditions before making any purchase on this site, and make sure that you understand them. If you purchase any Tickets on this site, you will be taken to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

1.1 In these Terms, certain words have specific meanings, as follows:
2.1 AXS operates this site and sells Tickets as agent on behalf of Ticket Suppliers.
2.2 The use of this site is governed by our Terms of Use.
2.3 The purchase and use of all Tickets via the site is governed by these Terms.
2.4 Some Ticket Suppliers and/or Venues may have their own terms and conditions (which we will refer to as the "Event Terms"), which may apply to your purchase of Tickets and/or your admission to the Event, in addition to these Terms. These Event Terms may restrict our ability to exchange or refund Tickets (even where these Terms would allow an exchange or refund) so make sure that you have read the Event Terms carefully before purchasing a Ticket. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Event Terms, the Event Terms will apply in priority to these Terms. Event Terms are usually available on the website or at the box office for the relevant Event and/or Venue. If you have any questions about where to find the Event Terms, or about which Event Terms will apply to the Tickets you wish to buy, please contact us.
2.5 If you purchase any Tickets on this site, you will be taken to have understood and accepted both these Terms and the applicable Event Terms.
3.1 These Terms may be amended from time to time, to reflect changes in the market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology and/or in this site's capabilities, changes to our payment methods, changes to the arrangements in place between AXS and Ticket Suppliers, and/or changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
3.2 Each purchase you make will be made on the Terms in force at the time that you place your order. It is your responsibility to check the Terms before placing any order, so that you are aware of any changes.3.3
3.3 We may revise these terms as they apply to your order from time to time to comply with changes in law and regulatory requirements.
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register and/or buy Tickets on this site. If you are under 18 but at least 13 you should show these Terms to your parent or legal guardian who may register and/or buy Tickets on your behalf, however age limits may prevent entry to certain events (as further detailed in section 14 below). If you are under 13 years of age you cannot register to use this site and parents or guardians must not register or make purchases on your behalf. We reserve the right to cancel any Tickets which have been purchased in breach of this requirement.
4.2 By registering to use this site you agree that (i) you have read, understood and accepted these Terms; (ii) the information you have supplied on registration is accurate, current and complete; (iii) you meet the age requirements set out at section 4.1 above; and (iv) we may hold, store and use the personal information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include sharing that information with third parties in order to process and fulfil your order for Tickets, in order to prevent fraud, and for marketing/promotional purposes (amongst other usages as fully detailed in our Privacy Policy).
4.3 It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your username and password. If you suspect any fraudulent activity using your account details please contact us as a matter of urgency.
5.1 We aim to ensure that the information displayed on this site in relation to Events, including Ticket prices, Event dates, start times and running times is correct. However, errors may occur and we reserve the right to amend the site where necessary to correct any such errors. Also, please be aware that:
(a) all advertised times are approximate and subject to change. It is your responsibility to check that the Event is going ahead at the date and time printed on the Ticket;
(b) Ticket Suppliers, Venues and/or other persons responsible for Events may reserve the right to alter or vary the content, date, duration and/or timing of Events due to events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund Ticket holders or exchange their Tickets.
5.2 Please note that by promoting Events and selling Tickets on this site, we are not endorsing those Events.
6.1 Subject to section 6.3 below, Ticket prices will be as quoted on this site at the time we accept your order. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to our acceptance of your order. If the price of the Tickets you order has increased between the time you place your order and the time we accept that order, you will receive a notification during the booking process giving you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the higher price or to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you during the booking process, you agree that we may treat your order as cancelled.
6.2 Any additional VAT, booking fees, delivery fees, service charges and Venue facility fees will be indicated to you prior to placing the order. You may be able to avoid certain charges by purchasing tickets directly from the Venue's box office.
6.3 Although we try to ensure that all advertised prices on this site are correct, in the event that we discover an error in the advertised price of Tickets you have ordered we will notify you as soon as possible. Where the price advertised is higher than the actual price, we will refund any excess paid by you. Where the price advertised is lower than the actual price, we will not be obliged to supply the Tickets to you at the incorrect (lower) price. In this case we will give you the option of placing the order at the correct price (subject to availability) or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund. If we are unable to contact you after attempting to do so using the contact details you provide to us, you agree that we may cancel your order, in which case we will refund you in full.
7.1 When you place an order for Tickets through this website, you are offering to buy the Tickets specified in your order. All Tickets are subject to availability and are subject to acceptance by us. Where we accept an order, we will confirm your purchase by email. This email confirmation creates a binding contract between us, under which you will buy the Tickets you have ordered and we will supply those Tickets to you, subject to these Terms. If you do not receive an email confirmation from us or if you receive an error message on the site you must contact us to confirm whether your purchase was actually completed. No contract will be formed, and we have no obligation to supply any Tickets to you, unless or until you have received our email confirmation.
7.2 Please note that orders are processed only after the billing address and other required billing information has been verified. Occasionally, incorrect billing or credit card account information for a Ticket order is identified after your transaction has been processed, and this can delay processing of your Ticket order. In these cases, Customer Services will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Customer Services are unable to reach you after attempting to do so, we may cancel your order and release your Tickets for sale to others without further notice or attempts to contact you.
7.3 Please check the details of your order carefully before placing it, including the date, time and location of the Event and your seat selection. If you order the wrong Tickets, we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
7.4 In order to prevent fraud and to protect both AXS and you, you may be asked to provide additional information during or after your booking so that we can verify your details before confirming your purchase.
7.5 Once purchased, Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned except in the circumstances set out in section 13 ("Refunds and Exchanges / Cancellation and Postponement") below.
7.6 We reserve the right to terminate, suspend or limit any user's ability to purchase Tickets through this site and/or to cancel any or all Ticket orders (whether previously confirmed by us or not) without prior notice in the following circumstances:
(a) if the user fails to comply with any of these Terms or our Terms of Use;
(b) if the user attempts to purchase a number of Tickets in excess of the maximum number specified by us (see section 10.2 below);
(c) if we reasonably suspect that the user is attempting to purchase Tickets through any robot or other automated device or any other illegal or unauthorised activity;
(d) if we reasonably suspect that the user is engaged in any fraudulent activity and/or intends to resell the Tickets in breach of section 12 below; or
(e) if any Ticket Supplier or Venue notifies us that the user has breached their Event Terms.
If we decide to take any such action in respect of any user, all orders for Tickets received from such user will be automatically blocked or limited either indefinitely or for the period of suspension (as applicable).
8.1 Payment for all Tickets must be made via American Express, Visa, MasterCard or any other payment method that may be made available on our site from time to time.
8.2 By providing the details of a credit or debit card, you confirm that you are the holder of that card or are expressly authorised by the holder of that card to use the card to purchase the Tickets at the price shown.
8.3 You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit or debit card at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.
9.1 Your Tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible after we receive them from the Ticket Supplier in accordance with your chosen delivery option. We are not able to specify the exact dates of dispatch. Please allow as much time as possible for your Tickets to arrive. If your Tickets have not arrived five days before the Event (or, if you are travelling, five days before you depart), please contact us. Please be ready to quote your booking reference number and the name and postcode the booking is under.
9.2 If you have chosen postal delivery, we will only post Tickets to the billing address of the debit/credit card holder unless we specifically allow for them to be sent to an alternative address. We may cancel your Ticket and refund the Ticket price if:
(a) Tickets sent by post are returned as "addressee unknown"; or
(b) the billing/delivery address in your booking is not the address associated with the credit or debit card you paid with (unless we have allowed delivery to a different postal address).
In these circumstances you will not be entitled to refund of any booking fees or other additional charges paid in relation to your booking - only the Ticket price will be refunded.
9.3 If you have selected Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Signed ForTM (or any other postal delivery method made available on our site from time to time) as your dispatch method, we will issue your order via the service you have selected but will not be responsible for any orders that are subsequently lost or delayed due to the actions or omissions of Royal Mail or its agents. You are advised to refer to the Royal Mail website to check for any financial limits that may be imposed by Royal Mail on their liability in respect of deliveries.
9.4 Where there is insufficient time to post Tickets to you, or to verify your identity for reasons of security or enforcement of these Terms, we may make Tickets available for collection by you at the Venue box office. You will be notified by phone, email or SMS of the arrangements for collection (using the details and preferred form of communication given at the time of the booking). In order to collect Tickets from the box office, you will need your acknowledgement of order, the credit/debit card used to place the order and photo ID. If you do not show the required documents/identification, the box office may refuse to give you the Tickets and we will not be responsible for your inability to enter the Event.
10.1 Where age restrictions apply entry to an Event, the restrictions will be notified to you before you place your order. Where such restrictions apply, you and all members of your party must be able to provide photographic proof of age. By placing a booking you confirm that you and each person on whose behalf you are booking Tickets meets the age requirements. We will not be liable if you or any person in your party is refused entry to an Event because you/they do not meet the age requirements or cannot provide photographic proof of age.
10.2 To discourage unauthorised secondary market Ticket sales, bookings made via this site are subject to a maximum number of Tickets. The maximum number (which, unless notified to you otherwise during the booking process, will be six Tickets per Event) applies:
(a) per person, for all payment cards, email accounts and billing/delivery addresses used by that person; and
(b) per payment card, for all persons using such payment card; and
(c) per household, for all persons living within such household.
We reserve the right, on reasonable suspicion, to cancel any orders made in excess of the applicable Ticket limit, or to require that these orders are collected in person with photo identification at the Venue box office.
10.3 Please note that AXS does not control Ticket inventory or availability. The number and type of available Tickets is controlled by the Ticket Supplier, who may allow tickets for the same Event to be sold by a number of sellers. Normally, each seller has access to the same ticket inventory, but some sellers (e.g. the Venue itself) may have access to different tickets. This means that, on occasion, additional Tickets may be put on sale, by AXS and/or by other sellers, for Events that were once listed as sold out.
11.1 Your Ticket may be in the form of paper, mobile/bar code, email, wristband or chip technology or such other form that becomes available over time. You and each member of your party must hold a valid Ticket to be admitted to the Event and must keep it with you/them all times during the Event. Removing altering or defacing any part of the Ticket may invalidate the Ticket.
11.2 Any Ticket you purchase from us remains our property and is a personal revocable licence to be admitted to an Event which can be withdrawn at any time in accordance with these Terms. If this occurs, you will be refunded the purchase price of the Ticket which has been withdrawn (excluding delivery fees)
11.3 Please check your Tickets as soon as you receive them, and contact us to let us know of any mistakes immediately. If we have made a mistake and have not sent you the Tickets you ordered (for example the Tickets are for the wrong date), we will endeavour to rectify the mistake (see also section 13 ("Refunds and Exchanges / Cancellation and Postponement" below). We cannot guarantee to rectify mistakes made by you (for example if you mistakenly ordered Tickets for the wrong Event).
11.4 Keep your Tickets safe. We will not be responsible for any Tickets which are lost, stolen or destroyed. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage Tickets. Duplicates are issued at the discretion of the Ticket Supplier and may not always be permitted, particularly for non-seated Events. We may charge a reasonable administration fee to issue duplicate Tickets.
11.5 You have a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the Ticket and the Venue or Ticket Supplier reserves the right to provide alternative seats (whether before or during the Event) to those specified on your Tickets or initially allocated to you.
11.6 If you are claiming a concession you must be able to provide photographic proof of identity and entitlement (e.g. student pass). We will not be liable if you or any person in your party is refused entry to an Event as a result of being unable to provide such photographic proof.
11.7 If you have any specific access requirements you should contact the Venue and/or Ticket Supplier before purchasing Tickets, to ensure that they can accommodate your requirements. Please contact us if you need any contact details.
11.8 Tickets cannot be used for competitions, promotions, advertising or hospitality packages or otherwise for commercial gain without the express written permission of the Ticket Supplier.
12.1 When you purchase Tickets on this site, each Ticket gives you and each person in your party a personal right to attend the relevant Event, subject to these Terms and the Event Terms. Tickets are not transferable and must not be exchanged or resold except where an authorised ticket exchange or resale facility is offered. If you are unsure whether any Ticket facility is authorised by us, please contact us.
12.2 If we discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that Tickets have been resold in breach of this section 12, the Tickets will be rendered null and void. The Ticket Supplier and/or Venue may be entitled to refuse entry to, or eject any person from, an Event whom they reasonably believe to have purchased Tickets from any unauthorised source.
13.1 After you have purchased a Ticket it cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded other than in accordance with this section 13. Ticket Suppliers may impose further refund limitations which will be notified to you in the Event Terms.
13.2 Events are subject to cancellation or postponement for a variety of reasons. If an Event is cancelled or postponed we will try to contact you to let you know about the refund or exchange procedures for that Event. However, it is your responsibility to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any Event or any rescheduled Event.
13.3 You will be entitled to a full refund including booking fees (but excluding delivery fees) if:
(a) an Event is cancelled and is not rescheduled (please see the exception in section 13.6);
(b) an Event is cancelled and we are unable to offer you a Ticket to the rescheduled Event or you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event; or
(c) there is a "material" change to an Event, as explained in section 13.7 below.
13.4 If a cancelled Event is rescheduled, you may be offered a Ticket up to the same face value or in the same location as the one you purchased for the original Event. If we are unable to offer you a Ticket to the rescheduled Event or we offer you a Ticket but you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event you will be offered a refund in accordance with section 13.3(b). You must inform us within the time specified by us if you are unable to attend a rescheduled Event to which we have offered you a Ticket, otherwise we may reconfirm your booking for the rescheduled Event and you shall not be entitled to a refund.
13.5 If an Event was due to take place over several days and only part of the entire Event is cancelled, you may only be entitled to a partial refund, corresponding to the number of day(s) cancelled as a proportion of the overall Event.
13.6 If an outdoor Event is cancelled in whole or in part or finishes early due to adverse weather, no refund will be available unless specifically permitted under the Event Terms.
13.7 A "material" change is a change to an Event which in the reasonable opinion of AXS or the Ticket Supplier, makes the Event materially different to the Event which purchasers of the Ticket could reasonably expect. Changes to performance times, supporting acts and the use of understudies in a theatre performance will not be a material change. A material change is judged by reference to the nature and billing of each Event. Events which are festivals or themed events are judged by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual act scheduled to appear. This includes Events which have multiple artists and/or where the Event name does not include reference to any specific act. In these cases, no scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing, and changes to the line up of such Events shall not constitute a material change.
13.8 If we fail to fulfil your order in any of the following circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund including booking fee and delivery fee:
(a) we dispatch your Tickets to a different address from the delivery address you have provided when you placed your order; or
(b) we fail to dispatch your Tickets or make them available for collection at the Venue.
13.9 If you believe that you are entitled to a refund under these Terms, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the date on which cancellation or postponement of the Event is announced (or of any other occurrence which has given rise to your right of refund under these Terms). We require you to return your unused Tickets if we have dispatched them. We recommend using registered or special delivery post to return your Tickets. You are responsible for ensuring their return and we will not be obliged to refund any returned Tickets which we do not receive.
13.10 Tickets will not be refunded where they have been used to gain entry to the Event or where you elect to attend a rescheduled Event.
13.11 Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card used to purchase the Ticket. No cash refunds are available.
13.12 If you have purchased a Ticket, you are not entitled to cancel your purchase. However, for certain Events, Tickets may be sold with an "add-on" (including, for example, where you are offered the option of purchasing merchandise, travel, car parking or other such additional items or rights (such purchases being "Add-on Purchases"). If you have made an Add-on Purchase you are entitled to cancel your Add-on Purchase within 14 days of the date of delivery (or during such longer period as may be specified in the Event Terms) unless the Add-on Purchase is for any:
(a) travel, catering, accommodation, transport or services relating to leisure activities to be provided on a specified date or during a specified period;
(b) goods that are personalised or made to your specifications;
(c) sealed audio or video recordings or computer software and such goods become unsealed after delivery;
(d) alcoholic beverages where: (i) the price has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract; (ii) delivery can only take place after 30 days; and (iii) their value is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the relevant Ticket Supplier;
(e) items which are liable to rapid deterioration or expiry;
(f) goods which become mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery; and/or
(g) digital download that has been purchased at any time on or after the supply of the digital content has commenced (or in the 14 day period prior to commencement), in which case you will have agreed that the digital download will be provided to you before the expiry of the period during which you may cancel and will have acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost.
For the avoidance of doubt, if you are entitled to cancel your Add-on Purchase in accordance with this section, you are not entitled to cancel your associated Ticket purchase. To cancel your Add-on Purchase, please contact us or use our model cancellation form
13.13 Notwithstanding any other provision of this clause 13 relating to Ticket refunds, under no circumstances shall we be obliged to offer or provide a refund in relation to booking refund insurance which may be promoted from time to time on our Website in accordance with clause 14 below. Any refund that you may be entitled to receive in connection with the purchase of booking refund insurance shall be the sole responsibility of TicketPlan Limited in accordance with the booking refund insurance terms and conditions."
13.14 These Terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
14.1 From time to time we may promote Booking Refund Insurance for sale on our Website. Booking Refund Insurance is sold by TicketPlan Limited and is designed to cover you if you are unable to attend a UK based event, booked through us, as a result of certain specific circumstances which are detailed within the policy document. Cover is subject to the policy terms and conditions.
14.2 We do not sell or underwrite this insurance. If you choose to purchase Booking Refund Insurance, you will be contracting directly with TicketPlan Limited and not with us. You must satisfy yourself that the cover provided by the Booking Refund Insurance is suitable to meet your requirements. TicketPlan Limited ("TicketPlan") and AXS Europe Limited ("AXS") are Appointed Representatives of Essex Financial Management Limited ("EFM"), EFM is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (149177) AXS acts as agent for TicketPlan for the receipt of insurance premiums.
15.1 Rules of admission to Events are determined by Ticket Suppliers and Venues, which may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account. Entry procedures may from time to time include security searches to ensure the safety of guests and if you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to, or ejected from, the Event without refund or other compensation.
15.2 You will not be entitled to a refund if you or your guests are refused entry to or ejected from a Venue due to your late arrival, being under age or unable to provide proof of age (where age restrictions apply), or because you have breached the Event Terms (including, for example, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings). Please check the Event Terms carefully.
15.3 Certain Events may be filmed or recorded without prior notice being given. By attending Events, you grant permission to the Ticket Supplier, Venue operator and others associated with the Event to use your image, likeness or sounds in any audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction of the Event (regardless of whether during or after performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, and without further authorisation required from, or compensation payable to, you.
15.4 Certain Events may feature loud noise and special effects (including, for example, audio visual, pyrotechnic and lighting effects. Prolonged exposure to noise may damage your hearing.
THIS SECTION IS IMPORTANT AS IT SETS OUT THE LIMITS OF OUR LIABILITY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
16.1 AXS sells Tickets on behalf of Ticket Suppliers and has no responsibility for, and no liability in connection with, the Events to which the Tickets relate, or in connection with the content, quality, cancellation, postponement or any other aspect of any Event, other than as set out in these Terms.
16.2 If we breach our obligations to you under these Terms or we are negligent and, as a result, you suffer any loss or damage in connection with the purchase of Tickets via this site, you may be entitled to claim that loss or damage from us where such loss or damage is a reasonably foreseeable result of such breach or negligence, but:
(a) we will only be liable for your loss or damage up to an amount equal to the value paid by you for the relevant Tickets (together with all booking charges, delivery charges and other sums paid by you to us in respect of such Tickets); and
(b) we will not be liable to you for loss or expenses incurred in connection with the Event itself, or its cancellation, such as the cost of any personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements made in connection with the Event or as a result of its cancellation.
16.3 We will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including you) or property howsoever caused (including by us and/or by the Ticket Supplier):
(a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed by us or the Ticket Supplier; or
(b) to the extent that any increase in any loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms or the Event Terms or your negligence.
16.4 Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of the Ticket Supplier or our employees, agents or subcontractors; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability which cannot be legally excluded or limited.
16.5 For the purposes of these Venue Terms, "Force Majeure" means any cause beyond AEG's or the Organiser's control, including, without limitation, any act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, national defence requirements or acts or regulations of national or local governments. Neither we nor the Organiser will be liable to you under these Venue Terms to the extent that the failure is cause by a Force Majeure event.
17.1 To the fullest extent permissible in law, we shall be entitled to assign any and all of our rights and obligations under these Terms, provided that your rights are not adversely affected.
17.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision(s) and remainder of these Terms valid and enforceable.
17.3 If we delay or fail to enforce any of these Event Terms it shall not mean that we have waived our right to do so.
17.4 All of these Terms are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of these Terms or any transaction with AXS are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

OUTBOX AXS Sweden säljer biljetter åt biljettleverantörer och har inget ansvar och ingen betalningsskyldighet för de evenemang som biljetterna gäller, eller för innehåll, kvalitet, annullering, senareläggning eller någon annan aspekt gällande något evenemang, utöver vad som uppställs i dessa villkor och bestämmelser.
1.1 I villkoren har vissa ord en specifik betydelse:
betyder Outbox Enterprises, ett svenskt företag med organisationsnummer 556948-9759 bildat i Sverige med säte på adress Globentorget 2, 121 27 Stockholm Live).
betyder ett evenemang för vilket biljetter säljs på denna webbplats.
betyder dessa köpvillkor för biljetter.
betyder de villkor som tillämpas för användningen av den här webbplatsen och som beskrivs i avsnitt 2.2 nedan.
betyder en biljett, en elektronisk biljett, ett armband eller andra entrébevis som säljs eller saluförs via den här webbplatsen och ger innehavaren tillträde till ett evenemang.
betyder den person eller organisation som tillhandahåller biljetterna till Outbox AXS Sweden och åt vilken vi säljer biljetter, vilket, utan begränsning, inbegriper arenor, marknadsförare, producenter, artister, team och skivmärken.
betyder den arena där evenemanget arrangeras.
betyder den person som köper biljetter åt sig själv och omfattar alla personer för vilka biljettinköp sker.
2.1 OUTBOX AXS Sweden driver denna webbplats och säljer biljetter för biljettleverantörer.
2.2 Användningen av denna webbplats regleras av våra Användarvillkor.
2.3 Inköp och användning av alla biljetter via denna webbplats regleras av dessa villkor.
2.4 Vissa biljettleverantörer och/eller arenor tillämpar egna villkor (här kallade "Evenemangsvillkor") som kan vara tillämpliga för ditt biljettinköp och/eller ditt tillträde till evenemanget, utöver dessa villkor. Sådana evenemangsvillkor kan begränsa vår förmåga att byta eller återbetala biljetter (även om de här villkoren tillåter byte eller återbetalning) och därför är det viktigt att du läser evenemangsvillkoren innan du köper en biljett. Om dessa villkor strider mot evenemangsvillkoren ska dessa villkor äga företräde framför dessa villkor. Evenemangsvillkoren är vanligen tillgängliga på webbplatsen eller från biljettkontoret för relevant evenemang och/eller arena. Om du har frågor om var evenemangsvillkoren finns, eller om vilka evenemangsvillkor som gäller för biljetterna du vill köpa, är du välkommen att kontakta oss.
2.5 Som ett tillägg för konsumenter bosatta i Sverige som köper avbeställningsskydd för evenemangsbiljett till Stockholm Global Arena (SL), ska villkor för avbeställningsskydd gälla och ha företräde framför dessa villkor och bestämmelser eller några tillämpliga evenemangsvillkor i händelse av någon diskrepans.
2.6 När du köper biljetter på den här webbplatsen förväntas du ha förstått och godkänt både dessa villkor och/eller de tillämpliga evenemangsvillkoren, och/eller (när det gäller svenska konsumenter) Villkor för avbeställningsskydd.
3.1 Dessa villkor kan komma att ändras emellanåt, för att spegla förändrade marknadsförhållanden som påverkar vår verksamhet, tekniska förändringar och/eller förändringar av webbplatsens kapacitet, förändringar av våra betalningsmetoder, förändringar av de arrangemang som finns mellan OUTBOX AXS SWEDEN och biljettleverantörerna och/eller förändringar av relevanta lagar och myndighetsbestämmelser.
3.2 Varje biljettinköp du genomför sker enligt de villkor som gäller vid inköpstillfället. Du måste själv kontrollera villkoren och undersöka om det finns några förändringar innan du gör en beställning.
4.1 Du måste vara minst 16 år för att registrera dig på den här webbplatsen. Om du är under 18 år men minst 16 år måste du visa de här villkoren för en förälder eller vårdnadshavare som kan köpa biljetter för din räkning, men det kan finnas åldersgränser som förbjuder tillträde till vissa evenemang (se klausul 14 nedan). Om du är under 16 år kan du inte registrera dig för användning av den här webbplatsen och dina föräldrar eller vårdnadshavare får inte heller registrera sig eller göra inköp i ditt namn. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att annullera biljetter som har inköpts i strid mot detta krav.
4.2 När du registrerar dig för att använda den här webbplatsen bekräftar du (i) att du har läst, förstått och godkänt dessa villkor; (ii) att informationen du förmedlat när du registrerade dig är korrekt, aktuell och fullständig, och (iii) att du uppfyller åldersvillkoren som beskrivs i avsnitt 4.1 ovantill. Genom att acceptera dessa villkor och bestämmelser och tillhandahålla dina personuppgifter samtycker du frivilligt till att sådana uppgifter bearbetas i enlighet med vår Integritetspolicy. Enligt vad som uppställs i integritetspolicyn kan bearbetningen komma att avse att dina personuppgifter delas med tredje part, inklusive tredje parter utanför EU, inklusive i USA och inklusive biljettleverantören och den angivne transaktionsansvarige för behandling av betalkort (för närvarande Outbox AXS Sweden), i syfte att administrera, bearbeta och genomföra din biljettbeställning.
4.3 Du måste själv skydda ditt användarnamn och lösenord. Om du misstänker att dina kontouppgifter används till olaglig verksamhet måste du kontakta oss omedelbart.
5.1 Vi vill säkerställa att all information om evenemangen, t.ex. biljettpriser, evenemangsdatum och tidsangivelser för evenemangens start och längd, som visas på den här webbplatsen ska vara korrekta. Fel kan dock förekomma och vi förbehåller oss rätten att vid behov ändra webbplatsen för att korrigera sådana fel. Observera också att:
(a) Alla klockslag som meddelas är ungefärliga och kan komma att ändras. Du måste själv kontrollera att Evenemanget kommer att genomföras vid det datum och klockslag som har tryckts på biljetten.
(b) Biljettleverantörer, arenor och/eller andra personer som ansvarar för evenemangen kan förbehålla sig rätten att ändra eller variera innehåll, datum, längd och/eller tidpunkt för evenemang på grund av händelser eller omständigheter som rimligen ligger utanför deras kontroll utan att biljettinnehavarna kan kräva återbetalning eller byte av sina biljetter.
6.1 Biljetterna debiteras enligt de priser som anges på webbplatsen vid den tidpunkt då vi accepterar din beställning, se stycke 6.3 nedan. Priserna kan hinna förändras innan vi accepterar din beställning. Om priset för biljetterna du beställer har ökat mellan tidpunkten då du gör din beställning och tidpunkten då vi accepterar den kommer du att få ett meddelande under bokningsprocessen som ger dig möjlighet att slutföra beställningen med det högre priset eller avbryta beställningen.
6.2 Du får information om tillkommande moms, bokningsavgifter, leveranskostnader, serviceavgifter och arenaavgifter innan du slutför din beställning. Det kan finnas möjlighet att undvika vissa avgifter genom att köpa biljetterna direkt från biljettkontoret.
6.3 Om vi upptäcker att det annonserade priset är felaktigt för biljetter som du har beställt kommer vi att meddela dig snarast möjligt. Om det annonserade priset är högre än det verkliga priset kommer vi att återbetala överskottet som du har betalat. Om det annonserade priset är lägre än det verkliga priset har vi ingen skyldighet att leverera biljetterna till dig till det felaktiga (lägre) priset. I så fall kommer vi att ge dig möjlighet att göra om beställningen till rätt pris (i mån av tillgång) eller annullera beställningen och få pengarna tillbaka. Om vi inte lyckas kontakta dig med hjälp av kontaktinformationen som du har förmedlat till oss ger du oss härmed rätt att annullera din beställning och återbetala hela biljettpriset till dig.
6.4 Priset för biljetter som köpts via "OUTBOX AXS Sweden Platinum"-tjänst där den är tillgängligt inkluderar en extraavgift för tillgång till mycket eftertraktade biljetter. Priserna för OUTBOX AXS Sweden Platinum-biljetter fastställs med utgångspunkt från marknadsvärdet vid den relevanta tidpunkten och ett lägre nominellt pris kan anges på din biljett. OUTBOX AXS Sweden Platinum-biljetter ger inte rätt till någon form av representation eller andra VIP-förmåner.
7.1 Observera att inga beställningar behandlas innan faktureringsadressen och andra nödvändiga faktureringsuppgifter har verifierats. Emellanåt upptäcks felaktiga fakturerings- eller kreditkortsuppgifter för en biljettbeställning efter att beställningen har behandlats och detta kan fördröja behandlingen av din biljettbeställning. I så fall kommer vår kundservice att försöka kontakta dig med hjälp av den information som du förmedlade vid inköpstillfället. Om vår kundservice inte lyckas ta kontakt med dig har vi rätt att annullera din beställning och erbjuda biljetterna till försäljning till andra utan vidare besked eller försök att kontakta dig.
7.2 Vänligen kontrollera beställningsuppgifterna, t.ex. datum, klockslag och plats för evenemanget, samt valda platser, noggrant innan du gör din beställning. Om du beställer fel biljetter har vi inte alltid möjlighet att erbjuda byte eller återbetalning.
7.3 För att undvika bedrägeri och skydda både OUTBOX AXS Sweden och dig kan du under eller efter din bokning bli ombedd att tillhandahålla ytterligare information som ger oss möjlighet att verifiera dina uppgifter innan vid bekräftar ditt köp.
7.4 När du har köpt biljetterna kan du inte få återbetalning eller överföra, byta ut eller återlämna dem, med undantag för de omständigheter som beskrivs i avsnitt 13 ("återbetalning och byte/Annullering och senareläggning") nedan.
7.5 Vi förbehåller oss rätten att avbryta, stänga av eller begränsa en användares möjlighet att köpa biljetter via den här webbplatsen och/eller annullera eventuella biljettbeställningar (oavsett om dessa har bekräftats av oss eller ej) under följande omständigheter:
(a) Om användaren bryter mot dessa villkor eller användarvillkoren
(b) Om användaren försöker köpa fler biljetter än det maximala antal som angetts av oss (se stycke 10.2 nedan);
(c) Om vi har skälig anledning att misstänka att användaren ägnar sig åt brottslig verksamhet och/eller har för avsikt att vidareförsälja biljetterna i strid mot vad som sägs i avsnitt 12 nedan; eller
(d) Om biljettleverantören eller arenan informerar oss om att användaren har brutit med deras evenemangsvillkor.
Om vi beslutar oss för att vidta sådana åtgärder mot en användare kommer alla beställningar av biljetter som tagits emot från den användaren automatiskt att spärras eller begränsas, antingen på obestämd tid eller under den tid som avstängningen varar.
8.1 Betalning för alla biljetter måste ske via American Express, Visa, MasterCard eller via internetbank.
8.2 När du förmedlar uppgifter om ett kreditkort eller betalkort bekräftar du att du är innehavare av kortet eller har fått uttryckligt tillstånd av kortets innehavare att använda det till att köpa biljetterna till angivet pris.
8.3 Du samtycker till att betala alla kostnader som uppstått för dig eller andra användare av ditt konto och kreditkort till de priser som gällde när kostnaderna uppstod. Du är också skyldig att betala eventuella skatter för dina inköp.
8.4 Outbox AXS Sweden är transaktionsansvarigt för behandling av betalkort och namnet Outbox AXS Sweden kan förekomma på saldobeskedet för ditt kreditkort eller bankkonto, såvida vi inte beslutar att utse en alternativ tjänsteleverantör för att bearbeta biljetter som säljs på denna webbplats.
9.1 Dina biljetter kommer att skickas i enlighet med de leveransalternativ som du har valt så snart som möjligt efter att vi har fått dem från biljettleverantören. Vi har inte möjlighet att ange exakt avsändningsdatum. Vänligen beställ dina biljetter så tidigt som möjligt så att de hinner fram i tid. Om dina biljetter inte har anlänt fem dagar innan evenemanget (eller, om du reser, fem dagar innan din avresa) bör du kontakta oss. Vänligen var beredd att ange ditt referensnummer, samt namn och postnummer, för bokningen
9.2 Om du har valt att få biljetterna med post kommer vi endast att posta biljetter till kredit-/betalkortsinnehavarens faktureringsadress, såvida vi inte specifikt tillåter att de skickas till en alternativ adress. Vi har rätt att annullera din biljett och återbetala biljettpriset om:
(a) Biljetter skickade med post returneras med "okänd adress"; eller
(b) fakturerings-/leveransadressen för din bokning inte är samma adress som för det kredit- eller betalkort som du betalade med (såvida vi inte har tillåtit leverans till en annan postadress).
Under sådana förhållanden har du inte rätt till återbetalning av bokningsavgifter eller andra kostnader som du betalat i samband med din bokning – endast biljettpriset kommer att återbetalas.
9.3 Om du har valt rekommenderat brev som leveransmetod kommer vi att sända din beställning som ett rekommenderat brev, men vi kan inte ta ansvar för beställningar som försvinner eller försenas på grund av fel som begås av Posten eller dess ombud. Du bör besöka Postens webbplats och kontrollera om Posten tillämpar gränser för den ekonomiska ersättningen i samband med sin skadeståndsskyldighet för försändelser.
9.4 Om det inte finns tillräckligt med tid att posta biljetterna till dig, eller att verifiera din identitet av säkerhetsskäl eller för att uppfylla dessa villkor, har vi rätt att göra biljetterna tillgängliga föra avhämtning av dig vid vårt biljettkontor. Du kommer att få meddelande om hur avhämtningen ska gå till via telefon, e-post, eller sms (vi använder de uppgifter och den kommunikationsmetod som du angav när bokningen utfördes). För att kunna hämta biljetterna från biljettkontoret måste du ta med dig din orderbekräftelse, en fotolegitimation och det kredit-/betalkort som användes när du gjorde beställningen. Om du inte visar upp nödvändig dokumentation/legitimation kan biljettkontoret vägra att överlämna biljetterna till dig utan att vi ansvarar för att du inte kan besöka evenemanget.
10.1 Om åldersgränser gäller för inköp av biljetter kommer du att informeras om detta innan du gör din beställning. Om sådana åldersgränser gäller måste du och alla som ska följa med dig kunna visa upp fotolegitimation. När du gör en bokning bekräftar du att du och alla personer som du bokar biljetter uppfyller dessa åldersgränser. Vi är inte ansvariga om du eller någon av de personer som följer med dig nekas tillträde till ett evenemang för att du/de inte uppfyller, eller förefaller uppfylla, åldersgränserna och inte kan visa upp fotolegitimation.
10.2 För att hindra obehörig vidareförsäljning av biljetter finns det ett maximiantal för biljetter som bokas på den här webbplatsen. Maximiantalet (som är sex biljetter, såvida inget annat meddelas under bokningen) gäller:
(a) per person, för alla kredit-/betalkort, e-postkonton och fakturerings-/leveransadresser som den personen använder; och
(b) per kredit-/betalkort, för alla personer som använder sådana kort; och
(c) per hushåll, för alla personer som bor i detta hushåll.
Vi förbehåller oss rätten att, vid skälig misstanke, annullera beställningar som överskrider den gällande maximigränsen för biljettantalet eller att kräva att sådana beställningar avhämtas personligen med fotolegitimation vid arenans biljettkontor.
10.3 Vänligen observera att OUTBOX AXS Sweden inte har någon kontroll över hur många biljetter som finns i lager eller tillgången till dem. Antal och typ av tillgängliga biljetter kontrolleras av biljettleverantören, som kan låta biljetter till samma evenemang säljas av flera olika försäljare. Normalt har varje försäljare tillgång till samma lager av biljetter, men en del försäljare (t.ex. själva arenan) kan ha tillgång till olika biljetter. Det innebär att OUTBOX AXS Sweden och/eller andra försäljare kan komma att sälja ytterligare biljetter för evenemang som tidigare annonserats som slutsålda.
11.1 Din biljett kan bestå av papper, en mobil-/streckkod, ett e-postmeddelande, armband eller elektroniskt chip, eller någon annan anordning eller teknik som blir tillgänglig i framtiden. Du och alla som följer med dig måste ha en giltig biljett för att få tillträde till evenemanget och att alla måste behålla den under hela evenemanget. Biljetten kan bli ogiltig om delar av den avlägsnas, ändras eller förvanskas.
11.2 Vänligen kontrollera dina biljetter så snart du får dem och kontakta oss omedelbart för att informera oss om eventuella misstag. Om vi har gjort ett misstag och inte har skickat dig biljetterna du har beställt (till exempel biljetter som avser fel datum) kommer vi att försöka åtgärda misstaget (se även avsnitt 13 ("återbetalning och byte/Annullering och senareläggning" nedan). Vi kan inte garantera att misstag som begåtts av dig kan åtgärdas (t.ex. om du av misstag beställer biljetter till fel evenemang).
11.3 Förvara biljetterna på ett säkert ställe. Vi ansvarar inte för biljetter som går förlorade, blir stulna eller förstörda. Vänligen observera att direkt solljus eller värme ibland kan skada biljetterna. Biljettleverantören avgör om dubbletter får utfärdas, men detta tillåts inte alltid, i synnerhet inte för evenemang som endast har ståplatser. Vi kan komma att debitera en skälig expeditionsavgift för utfärdande av duplicerade biljetter.
11.4 Du har endast rätt till en sittplats med samma värde som anges på biljetten och arenan eller biljettleverantören förbehåller sig rätten att erbjuda andra sittplatser än de som anges på biljetten.
11.5 Om du gör anspråk på en rabatt så måste du kunna visa upp fotolegitimation som visar din identitet samt om du har rätt att utnyttja en viss rabatt (t.ex. en studentlegitimation). Vi ansvarar inte för om du eller någon av de personer som följer med dig vägras tillträde till ett evenemang på grund av att fotolegitimation inte kan uppvisas.
11.6 Om du har särskilda önskemål vad gäller tillgängligheten kan du kontakta arenan och/eller biljettleverantören innan du köper biljetter, för att säkerställa att de kan uppfylla dina krav. Vänligen kontakta oss om du behöver kontaktinformation.
11.7 Biljetterna får inte användas i pristävlingar, kampanjer, annonser, representationspaket eller andra kommersiella ändamål utan skriftligt förhandstillstånd från biljettleverantören.
12.1 När du köper biljetter på den här webbplatsen ger varje biljett dig och alla personer som följer med dig personlig rätt att besöka relevant evenemang, i enlighet med dessa villkor. Biljetterna får endast överföras, bytas ut eller vidareförsäljas om det finns en godkänd tjänst för byte eller vidareförsäljning av biljetter. Om du är osäker på om en biljettjänst är godkänd av oss kan du kontakta oss.
12.2 Om vi upptäcker, eller skäligen kan misstänka att, biljetterna har sålts vidare i strid mot vad som sägs i detta avsnitt 12, kommer biljetterna att bli ogiltiga. Biljettleverantören och/eller arenan kan ha rätt att vägra en person tillträde till, eller avvisa en person från, ett evenemang om de skäligen misstänker att personen har köpt biljetterna från en obehörig källa.
13.1 Denna paragraf behandlar byte av biljetter och annullering samt senareläggande av ett evenemang. Den behandlar inte alternativet avbeställningsskydd som erbjuds till personer bosatta i Sverige som, ifall en personlig händelse som faller inom definitionerna i paragraf 6.4 avseende villkor för avbeställningsskydd förhindrar dem från att delta i evenemanget, kan köpa rätten till återbetalning av priset för den inköpta evenemangsbiljetten, plus något kompletterande paket (minus avgiften för avbeställningsskydd) för någon av Stockholm Live evenemang. För sådant avbeställningsskydd vänligen se Villkor för avbeställningsskydd (på engelska: Conditions for cancellation protection).
13.2 När du har köpt en biljett kan den endast bytas, returneras eller återbetalas i enlighet med vad som sägs i detta avsnitt 13. Biljettleverantörer kan ytterligare begränsa rätten till återbetalning och information om detta finns i evenemangsvillkoren.
13.3 Evenemang kan ställas in eller senareläggas av många olika anledningar. Om ett evenemang ställs in eller senareläggs kommer vi att försöka kontakta dig för att informera dig om rutiner för återbetalning eller byte av biljetter för det aktuella evenemanget. Du måste dock själv kontrollera om ett evenemang har ställts in eller flyttats och ta reda på datum och klockslag för evenemang eller flyttade evenemang.
13.4 Du har rätt till full återbetalning av biljettpriset, inklusive bokningsavgifterna (men inte leveranskostnaderna) om:
(a) ett evenemang ställs in och inte flyttas, eller om du inte har möjlighet att besöka det flyttade evenemanget. Vänligen se undantaget i stycke 13.6.
(b) Det finns en "väsentlig" förändring för ett evenemang, enligt vad som sägs i stycke 13.7 nedan.
13.5 Om ett inställt evenemang flyttas kan du erbjudas en biljett med upp till samma nominella värde eller för samma plats som biljetten du köpte för det ursprungliga evenemanget.
13.6 Om ett evenemang planerats in för att genomföras under flera dagar och endast en del av hela evenemanget ställs in kan det hända att du endast har rätt till delvis återbetalning, motsvarande det antal dagar som ställts in i proportion till hela evenemanget.
13.7 Om ett utomhusevenemang helt eller delvis ställs in eller avslutas för tidigt på grund av dåligt väder erbjuds ingen återbetalning, såvida inte detta uttryckligen är tillåtet enligt evenemangsvillkoren.
13.8 En "väsentlig" förändring är en förändring av ett evenemang som OUTBOX AXS Sweden eller biljettleverantören skäligen kan anse förändrar ett evenemang så att det väsentligt skiljer sig från det evenemang som biljettköparna skäligen förväntar sig. Förändringar av tidpunkter för uppträdanden, uppvärmningsartister och bruk av ersättare för en teaterföreställning utgör inte väsentliga förändringar. Om en förändring är väsentlig eller ej avgörs med utgångspunkt från egenskaperna och artisternas rangordning för vare evenemang. Evenemang som är festivaler eller tematiska evenemang bedöms med utgångspunkt från det övergripande temat och inte den individuella artist som bokats för ett uppträdande. Detta gäller även evenemang med flera olika artister och/eller om evenemangets namn inte hänvisar till någon speciell artist. I sådana fall finns det inga bokade artister som kan uppfattas som huvudartister, oavsett hur hög rangordning de har i annonseringen.
13.9 Om vi inte lyckas uppfylla din beställning på grund av någon av omständigheterna nedan har du rätt till full återbetalning, inklusive bokningsavgift och leveransavgift:
(a) Vi sänder dina biljetter till en annan adress än leveransadressen som du angav när de gjorde din beställning.
(b) Vi kan inte sända inte dina biljetter eller göra dem tillgängliga för avhämtning vid arenan.
13.10 Vänligen kontakta oss snarast möjligt, och senast 28 dagar efter det som infaller tidigast av följande: (i) inbokat datumet för evenemanget och (ii) det datum då du informerades om att evenemanget ställts in, eller blivit föremål för en väsentlig förändring (om evenemanget ställts in eller blivit föremål för en väsentlig förändring), om du anser att du har rätt till återbetalning enligt dessa villkor. Du måste returnera dina oanvända biljetter om vi har skickat dem. Vi rekommenderar att du returnerar dina biljetter i ett rekommenderat brev. Du ansvarar för att biljetterna returneras och vi har ingen skyldighet att återbetala biljetter som inte returneras till oss.
13.11 Ingen återbetalning sker för biljetter som använts till att få tillträde till evenemanget eller om du väljer att besöka ett evenemang som flyttats.
13.12 återbetalning sker endast till det kredit-/betalkort som används till att köpa biljetten.
13.13De här villkoren påverkar inte dina lagliga rättigheter som konsument.
Force majeure gäller med avseende på dessa villkor och bestämmelser alla slags orsaker som ligger bortom OUTBOX AXS Swedens och/eller biljettleverantörens kontroll, inklusive, utan begränsning, force majeure, naturkatastrofer, krig, uppror, upplopp, kravaller, terrorism, brand, explosion, översvämning, nationell sorg, stöld av kritisk utrustning, avsiktlig skadegörelse, strejk, lockout, väderförhållanden, krav från landets försvarsmakt eller åtgärder eller bestämmelser från nationella eller lokala myndigheter. Vare sig OUTBOX AXS Sweden eller biljettleverantören kommer att vara ansvarsskyldig gentemot dig i enlighet med dessa villkor och bestämmelser för annullering och/eller senareläggande av ett evenemang på grund av att en force majeure-händelse inträder.
15.1 Biljettleverantörerna och arenorna fastställer vilka regler som gäller för tillträde till evenemang och de kan ta hänsyn till frågor som berör hälsa och säkerhet, miljö och trygghet. Tillträdesrutinerna kan emellanåt omfatta säkerhetsvisiteringar och om du inte samtycker till sådana visiteringar kan du nekas tillträde eller avvisas från evenemanget utan återbetalning eller annan kompensation.
15.2 Du har inte rätt till återbetalning om du eller dina gäster vägras tillträde till eller avvisas från en arena på grund av att ni anländer för sent, är (eller förefaller att vara) för unga (om det finns en åldersgräns), eller på grund av att ni har brutit mot evenemangsvillkoren (t.ex. vägrat att bli visiterade, uppträtt aggressivt, hotande, varit berusade eller på annat sätt uppträtt störande (t.ex. rökt på platser där rökning är förbjuden), medfört förbjudna vapen eller illegala droger, eller utfört förbjuden ljud- eller videoinspelning eller fotografering).
15.3 Vissa evenemang kan filmas eller spelas in utan förhandsbesked. Genom att besöka evenemang ger du biljettleverantören, företaget som driver arenan och andra som förknippas med evenemanget rätt att utan vidare godkännande eller kompensation till dig använda bilder, avbildningar eller ljudinspelningar av dig i förevisningar med ljud och video eller fotografier eller andra former av sändningar, utställningar, publikationer eller reproduktioner av evenemanget (oavsett om detta sker under eller efter evenemanget) för alla ändamål och i alla medium som nu är kända eller utvecklas i framtiden.

16.1 OUTBOX AXS Sweden säljer biljetter för biljettleverantörer och har inget ansvar och ingen skadeståndsskyldighet för de evenemang som förknippas med biljetterna, eller för deras innehåll eller kvalitet eller om de ställs in eller senareläggs eller några andra aspekter på ett evenemang, utöver vad som sägs i dessa villkor.
16.2 Om vi inte fullgör våra åtaganden gentemot dig enligt dessa villkor, eller agerar vårdslöst, och orsakar förlust eller skada för dig i samband med inköpet av biljetter via den här webbplatsen, kan du ha rätt till ersättning för sådan förlust eller skada från oss, men:
(a) Vi är endast skyldiga att ersätta dig för förluster eller skador med ett belopp upp till det nominella värdet för de relevanta biljetterna, samt alla bokningskostnader, leveranskostnader och andra kostnader som du betalat till oss i samband med sådana biljetter; och
(b) vi är inte skyldiga att ersätta dig för förluster eller kostnader som uppstår i samband med ett evenemang, eller ett inställt evenemang, t.ex. personliga kostnader för resor, logi eller representation i samband med ett evenemang.
17.1 Vi har rätt att i den omfattning som medges av gällande lag överlåta alla våra rättigheter och skyldigheter enlig dessa villkor, under förutsättning att detta inte påverkar dina rättigheter negativt.
17.2 Om någon av avtalsbestämmelserna i detta villkor befinns vara ogiltig eller ej verkställbar ska den ogiltiga eller ej verkställbara avtalsbestämmelsen frånskiljas eller ändras på ett sådant sätt att övriga avtalsbestämmelser och återstående delar av dessa villkor blir giltiga och verkställbara.
17.3 Om vi fördröjer eller inte verkställer ett eller flera av dessa evenemangsvillkor innebär inte att vi avstår från vår rätt att göra detta.
17.4 Alla dessa villkor regleras av svensk lag och eventuella tvister som uppstår i samband med transaktioner med OUTBOX AXS Sweden ska uteslutande avgöras i svensk domstol.
17.5 Om du är missnöjd med biljettköpet, vänligen vänd dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden på adressen www.arn.se. ARN:s utredning är kostnadsfri och beslut fattas i form av en rekommendation.

1.1 In these Terms, certain words have specific meanings, as follows:
means Outbox Enterprises Sweden AB, company number 556948-9759 incorporated in Sweden, whose registered office is at Globentorget 2, 121 27 Stockholm Live.
means an event for which Tickets are sold or advertised for sale on this site.
means these terms and conditions for the purchase of Tickets.
means the terms and conditions for the use of this site, as referred to in section 2.2 below.
means a ticket, electronic ticket, wristband or any other device giving the bearer the right to attend an Event, which is sold or offered for sale via this site.
means the person or entity which supplies the tickets to Outbox AXS Sweden and on whose behalf we sell tickets which may include, without limitation, venues, promoters, producers, artists, teams and record labels.
means the venue at which an Event is held.
means the person purchasing Tickets on his/her own behalf and includes all persons on whose behalf Tickets are purchased.
2.1 OUTBOX AXS Sweden operates this site and sells Tickets on behalf of Ticket Suppliers.
2.2 The use of this site is governed by our Terms of Use.
2.3 The purchase and use of all Tickets via the site is governed by these "Terms".
2.4 Some Ticket Suppliers and/or Venues may have their own terms and conditions (which we will refer to as the "Event Terms"), which may apply to your purchase of Tickets and/or your admission to the Event, in addition to these Terms. These Event Terms may restrict our ability to exchange or refund Tickets (even where these Terms would allow an exchange or refund) so make sure that you have read the Event Terms carefully before purchasing a Ticket. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Event Terms, the Event Terms will apply in priority to these Terms. Event Terms are usually available on the website or at the box office for the relevant Event and/or Venue. If you have any questions about where to find the Event Terms, or about which Event Terms will apply to the Tickets you wish to buy, please contact us.
2.5 In addition for consumers resident in Sweden who purchase Cancellation Protection in respect of Event tickets for the Stockholm Global Arena ("SL") the VILLKOR FÖR AVBOKNINGSSKYDD (Eng. Conditions for Cancellation Protection) shall apply and will take precedence over These Terms or any applicable Event Terms in the event of any inconsistency.
2.6 If you purchase any Tickets on this site, you will be taken to have understood and accepted both these Terms and/or the applicable Event Terms and/or (in the case of Swedish consumers) the Villkor För Avbokningsskydd / Conditions For Cancellation Protection.
3.1 These Terms may be amended from time to time, to reflect changes in the market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology and/or in this site's capabilities, changes to our payment methods, changes to the arrangements in place between OUTBOX AXS Sweden and Ticket Suppliers, and/or changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
3.2 Each purchase you make will be made on the Terms in force at the time that you place your order. It is your responsibility to check the Terms before placing any order, so that you are aware of any changes.
4.1 You must be at least 16 years old to register on this site. If you are under 18 but at least 16 you should show these Terms to your parent or legal guardian who may buy Tickets on your behalf, however age limits may prevent entry to certain events (as further detailed in clause 14 below). If you are under 16 years of age you cannot register to use this site and parents or guardians must not register or make purchases in your name. We reserve the right to cancel any Tickets which have been purchased in breach of this requirement.
4.2 By registering to use this site you agree that (i) you have read, understood and accepted these Terms; (ii) the information you have supplied on registration is accurate, current and complete; and (iii) you meet the age requirements set out at section 4.1 above. By accepting these Terms and providing your personal data, you voluntarily consent to the processing of such personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As set out in the Privacy Policy, the processing may include sharing your personal data with third parties including third parties outside the EU, including in the USA and including the Ticket Supplier and merchant of record for payment card processing (currently Outbox AXS Sweden), for the purpose of administering, processing and fulfilling your order for Tickets.
4.3 It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your username and password. If you suspect any fraudulent activity using your account details please contact us as a matter of urgency.
5.1 We aim to ensure that the information displayed on this site in relation to Events, including Ticket prices, Event dates, start times and running times is correct. However, errors may occur and we reserve the right to amend the site where necessary to correct any such errors. Also, please be aware that:
(a) all advertised times are approximate and subject to change. It is your responsibility to check that the Event is going ahead at the date and time printed on the Ticket;
(b) Ticket Suppliers, Venues and/or other persons responsible for Events may reserve the right to alter or vary the content, date, duration and/or timing of Events due to events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control, without being obliged to refund Ticket holders or exchange their Tickets.
6.1 Subject to section 6.3 below, Ticket prices will be as quoted on this site at the time we accept your order. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to our acceptance of your order. If the price of the Tickets you order has increased between the time you place your order and the time we accept that order, you will receive a notification during the booking process giving you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the higher price or to cancel your order.
6.2 Any additional VAT, booking fees, delivery fees, service charges and Venue facility fees will be indicated to you prior to placing the order. You may be able to avoid certain charges by purchasing tickets directly from the Venue's box office.
6.3 If we discover an error in the advertised price of Tickets you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. Where the price advertised is higher than the actual price, we will refund any excess paid by you. Where the price advertised is lower than the actual price, we will not be obliged to supply the Tickets to you at the incorrect (lower) price. In this case we will give you the option of placing the order at the correct price (subject to availability) or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund. If we are unable to contact you after attempting to do so using the contact details you provide to us, you agree that we may cancel your order, in which case we will refund you in full.
6.4 The price of Tickets bought via the ‘OUTBOX AXS Sweden Platinum' service where available includes a premium for the right of access to high-demand tickets. Prices of OUTBOX AXS Sweden Platinum Tickets are determined based on market value at the relevant time and a lower face value may be printed on your Ticket. OUTBOX AXS Sweden Platinum tickets do not include any form of hospitality or other VIP benefits.
7.1 Please note that orders are processed only after the billing address and other required billing information has been verified. Occasionally, incorrect billing or credit card account information for a Ticket order is identified after your transaction has been processed, and this can delay processing of your Ticket order. In these cases, Customer Services will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Customer Services are unable to reach you after attempting to do so, we may cancel your order and release your Tickets for sale to others without further notice or attempts to contact you.
7.2 Please check the details of your order carefully before placing it, including the date, time and location of the Event and your seat selection. If you order the wrong Tickets, we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
7.3 In order to prevent fraud and to protect both OUTBOX AXS Sweden and you, you may be asked to provide additional information during or after your booking so that we can verify your details before confirming your purchase.
7.4 Once purchased, Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned except in the circumstances set out in section 13 ("Refunds and Exchanges / Cancellation and Postponement") below.
7.5 We reserve the right without prior notice to terminate, suspend or limit any user's ability to purchase Tickets through this site and/or to cancel any or all Ticket orders (whether previously confirmed by us or not) in the following circumstances:
(a) if the user fails to comply with any of these Terms or our Terms of Use;
(b) if the user attempts to purchase a number of Tickets in excess of the maximum number specified by us (see section 10.2 below);
(c) if we reasonably suspect that the user is engaged in any fraudulent activity and/or intends to resell the Tickets in breach of section 12 below; or
(d) if any Ticket Supplier or Venue notifies us that the user has breached their Event Terms.
If we decide to take any such action in respect of any user, all orders for Tickets received from such user will be automatically blocked or limited either indefinitely or for the period of suspension (as applicable).
8.1 Payment for all Tickets must be made via American Express, Visa, MasterCard or payment via internet banking.
8.2 By providing the details of a credit or debit card, you confirm that you are the holder of that card or are expressly authorised by the holder of that card to use the card to purchase the Tickets at the price shown.
8.3 You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.
8.4 Outbox AXS Sweden will be the merchant of record for payment card processing and OUTBOX AXS Sweden's name may be shown on your credit card or bank account statement unless we decide to nominate an alternative service provider to process tickets sold through this site.
9.1 Your Tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible after we receive them from the Ticket Supplier in accordance with your chosen delivery option. We are not able to specify the exact dates of dispatch. Please allow as much time as possible for your Tickets to arrive. If your Tickets have not arrived five days before the Event (or, if you are travelling, five days before you depart), please contact us. Please be ready to quote your booking reference number and the name and postcode the booking is under.
9.2 If you have chosen postal delivery, we will only post Tickets to the billing address of the debit/credit card holder unless we specifically allow for them to be sent to an alternative address. We may cancel your Ticket and refund the Ticket price if:
(a) Tickets sent by post are returned as "addressee unknown"; or
(b) the billing/delivery address in your booking is not the address associated with the credit or debit card you paid with (unless we have allowed delivery to a different postal address).
In these circumstances you will not be entitled to refund of any booking fees or other additional charges paid in relation to your booking - only the Ticket price will be refunded.
9.3 If you have selected registered letter (rekommenderat brev) as your dispatch method, we will issue your order via registered letter (rekommenderat brev) service but will not be responsible for any orders that are subsequently lost or delayed due to the actions or omissions of Swedish Royal Mail Posten ("Posten") or its agents. You are advised to refer to the Posten website to check for any financial limits that may be imposed by Posten on their liability in respect of deliveries.
9.4 Where there is insufficient time to post Tickets to you, or to verify your identity for reasons of security or enforcement of these Terms, we may make Tickets available for collection by you at the Venue box office. You will be notified by phone, email or SMS of the arrangements for collection (using the details and preferred form of communication given at the time of the booking). In order to collect Tickets from the box office, you will need your acknowledgement of order and the credit/debt card used to place the order, and photo ID. If you do not show the required documents/identification, the box office may refuse to give you the Tickets and we will not be responsible for your inability to enter the Event.
10.1 Where age restrictions apply to the purchase of any Tickets, the restrictions will be notified to you before you place your order. Where such restrictions apply, you and all members of your party must be able to provide photographic proof of age. By placing a booking you confirm that you and each person on whose behalf you are booking Tickets meets the age requirements. We will not be liable if you or any person in your party is refused entry to an Event because you/they do not, or do not appear to, meet the age requirements and cannot provide photographic proof of age.
10.2 To discourage unauthorised secondary market Ticket sales, bookings made via this site are subject to a maximum number of Tickets. The maximum number (which, unless notified to you otherwise during the booking process, will be six Tickets per Event) applies:
(a) per person, for all payment cards, email accounts and billing/delivery addresses used by that person; and
(b) per payment card, for all persons using such payment card; and
(c) per household, for all persons living within such household.
We reserve the right, on reasonable suspicion, to cancel any orders made in excess of the applicable Ticket limit, or to require that these orders are collected in person with photo identification at the Venue box office.
10.3 Please note that OUTBOX AXS Sweden does not control Ticket inventory or availability. The number and type of available Tickets is controlled by the Ticket Supplier, who may allow tickets for the same Event to be sold by a number of sellers. Normally, each seller has access to the same ticket inventory, but some sellers (e.g. the Venue itself) may have access to different tickets. This means that, on occasion, additional Tickets may be put on sale, by OUTBOX AXS Sweden and/or by other sellers, for Events that were once listed as sold out.
11.1 Your Ticket may be in the form of paper, mobile/bar code, email, wristband or chip technology or such other form that becomes available over time. You and each member of your party must hold a valid Ticket to be admitted to the Event and must keep it with you/them all times during the Event. Removing altering or defacing any part of the Ticket may invalidate the Ticket.
11.2 Please check your Tickets as soon as you receive them, and contact us to let us know of any mistakes immediately. If we have made a mistake and have not sent you the Tickets you ordered (for example the Tickets are for the wrong date), we will endeavour to rectify the mistake (see also section 13 ("Refunds and Exchanges / Cancellation and Postponement" below). We cannot guarantee to rectify mistakes made by you (for example if you mistakenly ordered Tickets for the wrong Event).
11.3 Keep your Tickets safe. We will not be responsible for any Tickets which are lost, stolen or destroyed. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage Tickets. Duplicates are issued at the discretion of the Ticket Supplier and may not always be permitted, particularly for non-seated Events. We may charge a reasonable administration fee to issue duplicate Tickets.
11.4 You have a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the Ticket and the venue or Ticket Supplier reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the Tickets
11.5 If you are claiming a concession you must be able to provide photographic proof of identity and entitlement (e.g. student pass). We will not be liable if you or any person in your party is refused entry to an Event as a result of being unable to provide such photographic proof.
11.6 If you have any specific access requirements you should contact the Venue and/or Ticket Supplier before purchasing Tickets, to ensure that they can accommodate your requirements. Please contact us if you need any contact details.
11.7 Tickets cannot be used for competitions, promotions, advertising or hospitality packages or otherwise for commercial gain without the express written permission of the Ticket Supplier.
12.1 When you purchase Tickets on this site, each Ticket gives you and each person in your party a personal right to attend the relevant Event, subject to these Terms and the Event Terms. Tickets are not transferable and must not be exchanged or resold except where an authorised ticket exchange or resale facility is offered. If you are unsure whether any Ticket facility is authorised by us, please contact us.
12.2 If we discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that Tickets have been resold in breach of this section 12, the Tickets will be rendered null and void. The Ticket Supplier and/or Venue may be entitled to refuse entry to, or eject any person from, an Event whom they reasonably believe to have purchased Tickets from any unauthorised source.
13.1 This paragraph deals with Exchanges of tickets and Cancellation and Postponement of an Event. It does not deal with the Cancellation Protection option offered to persons resident in Sweden who may buy the right to a refund of the price of the purchased event ticket plus any additional package (minus the fee for Cancellation Protection) for any of Stockholm Live events if a personal circumstance that falls within the definition in paragraph 6.4 of the Villkor För Avbokningsskydd (in English, Conditions for Cancellation Protection) prevents them from attending the Event. For such Cancellation Protection please refer to the Villkor För Avbokningsskydd (in English, Conditions for Cancellation Protection).
13.2 After you have purchased a Ticket it cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded other than in accordance with this section 13. Ticket Suppliers may impose further refund limitations which will be notified to you in the Event Terms.
13.3 Events are subject to cancellation or postponement for a variety of reasons. If an Event is cancelled or postponed we will try to contact you to let you know about the refund or exchange procedures for that Event. However, it is your responsibility to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any Event or any rescheduled Event.
13.4 You will be entitled to a full refund including booking fees (but excluding delivery fees) if:
(a) an Event is cancelled and is not rescheduled, or you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event. Please see the exception in section 13.6;
(b) there is a "material" change to an Event, as explained in section 13.7 below.
13.5 If a cancelled Event is rescheduled, you may be offered a Ticket up to the same face value or in the same location as the one you purchased for the original Event.
13.6 If an Event was due to take place over several days and only part of the entire Event is cancelled, you may only be entitled to a partial refund, corresponding to the number of day(s) cancelled as a proportion of the overall Event. .
13.7 If an outdoor Event is cancelled in whole or in part or finishes early due to adverse weather, no refund will be available unless specifically permitted under the Event Terms.
13.8 A "material" change is a change to an Event which in the reasonable opinion of OUTBOX AXS Sweden or the Ticket Supplier makes the Event materially different to the Event which purchasers of the Ticket could reasonably expect. Changes to performance times, supporting acts and the use of understudies in a theatre performance will not be a material change. A material change is judged by reference to the nature and billing of each Event. Events which are festivals or themed events are judged by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual act scheduled to appear. This includes Events which have multiple artists and/or where the Event name does not include reference to any specific act. In these cases, no scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing.
13.9 If we fail to fulfil your order in any of the following circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund including booking fee and delivery fee:
(a) we dispatch your Tickets to a different address from the delivery address you have provided when you placed your order;
(b) we fail to dispatch your Tickets or make them available for collection at the Venue.
13.10 Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 28 days after the earlier of (i) the scheduled Event date and (ii) the date on which you have been notified of the cancellation of, or material change to, the Event (if it is cancelled or a material change is made), if you believe that you are entitled to a refund under these Terms. We require you to return your unused Tickets, if we have dispatched. We recommend using registered or special delivery post to return your Tickets. You are responsible for ensuring their return and we will not be obliged to refund any Tickets which are not returned to us.
13.11 Tickets will not be refunded where they have been used to gain entry to the Event or where you elect to attend a rescheduled Event.
13.12 Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card used to purchase the Ticket.
13.13 These Terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
For the purposes of these Terms, "Force Majeure" means any cause beyond OUTBOX AXS Sweden and/or the Ticket Supplier's control, including, without limitation, any act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, national defence requirements or acts or regulations of national or local governments. Neither OUTBOX AXS Sweden nor the Ticket Supplier will be liable to you under these Terms for the Cancellation and/or Postponement of an Event by the occurrence of a Force Majeure event.
15.1 Rules of admission to Events are determined by Ticket Suppliers and Venues, which may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account. Entry procedures may from time to time include security searches and if you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to or removed from the Event without refund or other compensation.
15.2 You will not be entitled to a refund if you or your guests are refused entry or ejected from a Venue due to your late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age (where age restrictions apply), or because you have breached the Event Terms (e.g. declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings).
15.3 Certain Events may be filmed or recorded without prior notice being given. By attending Events, you grant permission to the Ticket Supplier, Venue operator and others associated with the Event to use your image, likeness or sounds in any audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction of the Event (regardless of whether during or after performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, without further authorisation from, or compensation to, you.
THIS SECTION IS IMPORTANT AS IT SETS OUT THE LIMITS OF OUR LIABILITY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY
16.1 OUTBOX AXS Sweden sells Tickets on behalf of Ticket Suppliers and has no responsibility for, and no liability in connection with, the Events to which the Tickets relate, or in connection with the content, quality, cancellation, postponement or any other aspect of any Event, other than as set out in these Terms.
16.2 If we breach our obligations to you under these Terms or we are negligent and, as a result, you suffer any loss or damage in connection with the purchase of Tickets via this site, you may be entitled to claim that loss from us, but:
(a) we will only be liable for your loss or damage up to an amount equal to the face value of the relevant Tickets together with all booking charges, delivery charges and other sums paid by you to us in respect of such Tickets; and
(b) we will not be liable to you for loss or expenses incurred in connection with the Event itself, or its cancellation, such as the cost of any personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements made in connection with the Event or as a result of its cancellation.
17.1 To the fullest extent permissible in law, we shall be entitled to assign any and all of our rights and obligations under these Terms, provided that your rights are not adversely affected.
17.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision(s) and remainder of these Terms valid and enforceable.
17.3 If we delay or fail to enforce any of these Event Terms it shall not mean that we have waived our right to do so.
17.4 All of these Terms are governed by Swedish Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with OUTBOX AXS Sweden are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts.
17.5 If you are dissatisfied with the purchase of Tickets, please consult the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (= National Board for Consumer Complaints) (ARN), see www.arn.se. ARN's investigation is free of charge and the decision is made in the form of a recommendation.
17.6 As with other disputes, the matter may also be settled in court. Contact your nearest district court if you want to find out more. The address and telephone number of the district court can be found on the website of the Domstolsverket (= Courts Service) www.domstol.se.
