Australian actor Margot Robbie makes Forbes under 30 power list
Los Angeles: Australian actor Margot Robbie has landed on Forbes' list of the most influential people under 30.
The 26-year-old, who starred in Suicide Squad in 2016 after previously appearing in The Big Short and The Wolf Of Wall Street, has a rising celebrity status in Hollywood.
The Forbes under 30 list is a more youthful version of the full Forbes power list.
Robbie used an appearance on Saturday Night Live in October to call for same-sex marriage in Australia to be legalised.
She is currently on set in Los Angeles filming for I, Tonya, in which she will play the role of disgraced US Olympic figure-skater Tonya Harding.
Robbie was joined at the top of the list by Hilary Duff and reality TV star Kylie Jenner.
As well as starring in Keeping Up With The Kardashians, 19-year-old Jenner has her own cosmetics range and is the second-highest earner in her celebrity-filled family behind half-sister Kim Kardashian.
Duff first came to prominence when playing the lead role in teen sitcom Lizzie McGuire on the Disney Channel and has also starred in Cheaper By The Dozen among a number of hit films.
Also included in the list was gymnast Simone Biles, who won four gold medals and a bronze at the Rio Olympics.
The youngest name on the list was 14-year-old Maanasa Mendu, who has created a "leaf" device that harvests energy from sun, wind and rain.
