Litigation Flowchart

I'm working on assembling a flowchart for civil business litigation in Colorado state and federal courts, which will eventually link to associated checklists.  This is not a definitive outline of the litigation process in all cases, but is general legal information that may be helpful in general litigation planning.  Here's the first draft:
