Megha is a tamil romantic thriller movie directed by Karthik Rishi, a former associate of director Subramaniam Siva. Megha Tamil Movie stars Ashwin Kakamanu and Srushti Dange in lead roles while actors Jayaprakash, Angana Roy, Vijayakumar, Y.G. Mahendran and many others play supporting roles.Megha movie songs are composed by Ilayaraja who also did the background score for the film.
The film opens with a heavily bleeding man admitting a girl in hospital. The girl is fighting for her life and is taken for surgery. The on-duty nurse identifies the bleeding man as Mukilan who is supposed to get engaged to her. He reveals that the girl fighting for her life is his girlfriend. Surprised and shocked, she asks him about the accident. Through a flashback we see the hero Mukilan and the heroine Meghavathy alias Megha meet for the first time in a bus stop where the hero is going for an interview. It rains and he is forced to share an umbrella with Megha. They feel an instant attraction. Mukilan is also a part-time photographer who is working on Megha's brother's wedding. They get closer to each other while both of them feel a strong connection towards each other.
After the wedding is over, Megha realises their difference in social status may lead to her father not approving of the marriage. She asks him to forget her.Meanwhile Mukilan gets selected in Forensics Department and goes to Megha's house in the pretext of giving the marriage album. He tells her that he got selected in Forensics Department and it is up to her to decide if she wants him. Megha accepts his love. He goes on to introduce her to his mother who also accepts her. Meanwhile police officer Raghavan, played by Vijayakumar in a cameo, is found dead in his house. He has been a mentor to Mukilan as far as helping him with school fees. Initially considered as a suicide due to depression, it is later discovered that Raghvan was indeed murdered. From here begins a cat and mouse game between Mukilan and the killer. The killer kidnaps Megha and corners Mukilan into giving all the evidence against the murder. While trying to escape, Mukilan and Megha are attacked by a goon and Megha is severely injured. A false case also is filed against Mukilan accusing of him harassing and trying to murder Megha.
Whether or not Mukilan saves himself out of the situation and avenges the death of his mentor forms the crux of the story.
Tamil Movie Megha songs are composed by Ilayaraja who has recorded seven songs for the film. One song, "Putham Pudhu Kaalai",sung by S. Janaki, from the movie Alaigal Oyvadhillai, has been recreated for this film. Two songs are sung by Yuvan Shankar Raja while Ilayaraja himself has sung one song in the film.

'Megha' - Ilayaraja was the only driving factor prior to the release of this movie, but the debutante Karthik Rishi has come up with a refreshing storyline with a few twists to present a watchable flick. Ilayaraja stands tall once again, and shoulders the movie to a great extent with his songs & BGM.
Hero Ahswin is struggling to find a job related to his studies (Forensic), and works as a photographer to look after himself & his family. On a rainy day, Ashwin meets the charming Shrushti and falls in love at the first sight itself. The rain gives an opportunity for the lead characters introduce themselves to each other. In a sudden turn of events, Ashwin clicks photos for Shrushti’s brother’s wedding and he unites the family with his work, unknowingly.
We come to know, Shruti has two brothers and one of them gets married against the family’s wish and gets ignored for a brief time. After knowing this part, Ashwin gathers some guts, and propose Shrushti. Meanwhile, Vijaya Kumar, Assistant Commissioner of Police gets a job for Ashwin in Forensic Department. The film shift its gear, the moment Vijaya Kumar dies, and the media propagates the death as suicide. Ashwin does not believe it as a suicide and goes on to collect evidence with his exceptional forensic skills to prove it is an unnatural death. Before submitting his report to higher officials, Shrushti gets kidnapped by a mysterious gang and threatens Ashwin to give all the evidences to them. What happens next in the few moments has been delivered quite cleverly.
After playing a second lead in ‘Idharkuthana Aasaipattia Balakumar’ Ashwin gets an opportunity to feature in a lead role & he has used it effectively. He emotes, romances, and fights quite convincingly. Heroine Shrushti could well make an impact like Nazriya, as she is absolutely gorgeous and her Preity Zinta’ish dimples will stay in your mind even after coming out of the hall.

Megha is a tamil romantic thriller movie directed by Karthik Rishi, a former associate of director Subramaniam Siva. Megha Tamil Movie stars Ashwin Kakamanu and Srushti Dange in lead roles while actors Jayaprakash, Angana Roy, Vijayakumar, Y.G. The film opens with a heavily bleeding man admitting a girl in hospital. The girl is fighting for her life and is taken for surgery. The on-duty nurse identifies the bleeding man as Mukilan who is supposed to get engaged to her. He reveals that the girl fighting for her life is his girlfriend. Surprised and shocked, she asks him about the accident. Through a flashback we see the hero Mukilan and the heroine Meghavathy alias Megha meet for the first time in a bus stop where the hero is going for an interview. It rains and he is forced to share an umbrella with Megha. They feel an instant attraction. Mukilan is also a part-time photographer who is working on Megha's brother's wedding. They get closer to each other while both of them feel a strong connection towards each other.
After the wedding is over, Megha realises their difference in social status may lead to her father not approving of the marriage. She asks him to forget her.Meanwhile Mukilan gets selected in Forensics Department and goes to Megha's house in the pretext of giving the marriage album. He tells her that he got selected in Forensics Department and it is up to her to decide if she wants him. Megha accepts his love. He goes on to introduce her to his mother who also accepts her. Meanwhile police officer Raghavan, played by Vijayakumar in a cameo, is found dead in his house. He has been a mentor to Mukilan as far as helping him with school fees. Initially considered as a suicide due to depression, it is later discovered that Raghvan was indeed murdered. From here begins a cat and mouse game between Mukilan and the killer. The killer kidnaps Megha and corners Mukilan into giving all the evidence against the murder. While trying to escape, Mukilan and Megha are attacked by a goon and Megha is severely injured. A false case also is filed against Mukilan accusing of him harassing and trying to murder Megha.
Whether or not Mukilan saves himself out of the situation and avenges the death of his mentor forms the crux of the story.
Tamil Movie Megha songs are composed by Ilayaraja who has recorded seven songs for the film. One song, "Putham Pudhu Kaalai",sung by S. Janaki, from the movie Alaigal Oyvadhillai, has been recreated for this film. Two songs are sung by Yuvan Shankar Raja while Ilayaraja himself has sung one song in the film.

After knowing this part, Ashwin gathers some guts, and propose Shrushti. Meanwhile, Vijaya Kumar, Assistant Commissioner of Police gets a job for Ashwin in Forensic Department. The film shift its gear, the moment Vijaya Kumar dies, and the media propagates the death as suicide. Ashwin does not believe it as a suicide and goes on to collect evidence with his exceptional forensic skills to prove it is an unnatural death. Before submitting his report to higher officials, Shrushti gets kidnapped by a mysterious gang and threatens Ashwin to give all the evidences to them. What happens next in the few moments has been delivered quite cleverly.
After playing a second lead in ‘Idharkuthana Aasaipattia Balakumar’ Ashwin gets an opportunity to feature in a lead role & he has used it effectively. He emotes, romances, and fights quite convincingly. Heroine Shrushti could well make an impact like Nazriya, as she is absolutely gorgeous and her Preity Zinta’ish dimples will stay in your mind even after coming out of the hall.

After playing a second lead in ‘Idharkuthana Aasaipattia Balakumar’ Ashwin gets an opportunity to feature in a lead role & he has used it effectively. He emotes, romances, and fights quite convincingly. Heroine Shrushti could well make an impact like Nazriya, as she is absolutely gorgeous and her Preity Zinta’ish dimples will stay in your mind even after coming out of the hall.

The discovery was made by Swedish firm Interspectral, which carried out 3D CT scans on the crocodile. A previous study in the 1990s had revealed the enormous adult was in fact accompanied by a second crocodile, but failed to spot the individually wrapped babies – of which there appear to be at least 47. Curator Lara Weiss believes the reptiles were probably mummified as an offering to the crocodile god Sobek, BBC News reports....
