Online Registration System (ORS)

NFA's Online Registration System (ORS) allows firms and individuals to register with the CFTC and apply for NFA membership. ORS also simplifies the update and withdrawal process. The NFA Dashboard, the entryway to ORS, summarizes all outstanding filing requirements.

FCM Financial Information

Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs) are required to file certain financial reports with NFA. NFA has developed a feature in its BASIC system that allows the public to view FCM financial information.
