Yes, you read it right. Chris Pratt, one of the most popular Hollywood stars around the globe, has found love once again during the sets of his recent movie, Passengers. Pratt is already married to actress, Anna Faris, known for her roles in House Bunny and Scary Movie franchise and has a son, Jack with her. So who is this new love that Chris Pratt is obsessed with? Does Anna need to feel concerns about her marriage and give the dirty look to Jennifer Lawrence?
Well, Anna Faris need to have anything to worry from Jennifer Lawrence, as the person Chris Pratt has fallen in love with is no one but himself. Well actually not the man but his digitized double, thanks to the film’s cutting edge technology!
The movie has used a unique technology, photogrammetry, to create body doubles by using just photographs – 93 cameras to be precise! Sharing his excitement on seeing his digital and realistic twin, Pratt cheekily comments saying “How do you make it so good looking? I just fell in love.”
Explaining the sheer magnitude of bringing one’s physical being to life in the digital space, he adds, “ That’s crazy! That’s a computer-generated image based on information you gather, but it’s really a photograph but it’s really a true 3D photograph. They take several angles of my face that way the artist is creating the bust out of marble. That’s going to go in The Louvre, we’ll have frames reference (laughs)”
Passengers releases in India on January 6, 2017 in 3D in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
