UPDATE: Mark Nicholas' illness has forced the Channel Nine cricket commentator to take leave.
"Mark is taking leave to resolve his health issues," a Nine spokesperson said on Thursday morning.

Channel Nine's Mark Nicholas on leave after illness
For the second time in three days, host and commentator Mark Nicholas was taken to hospital with stomach pains during the Australia vs Pakistan test.
"He wants to thank everyone again for their kind wishes and continued support."
Nicholas suffered a health setback on Wednesday and was taken back to hospital.
Nicholas, 59, had returned to air on Wednesday and worked through the opening two sessions of play of the second Test between Australia and Pakistan before feeling ill. He required wheelchair assistance and was taken by ambulance from the MCG.
He fell ill not long after interviewing Pakistan fast bowling great Wasim Akram during the tea break on day three of the Boxing Day Test.
Nicholas had been taken to the Epworth hospital from the MCG on Monday after falling ill with a stomach complaint on the opening day of the Test.
He was discharged on Monday night but forced to rest at his hotel on Tuesday. He opted to return to work on Wednesday, having felt in good enough health to return to the commentary box.
On Monday, paramedics had helped him from the broadcaster's facilities, reportedly sweating profusely and in pain on a stretcher.
