USMLE Step 1 is one of the of the board exams medical school students take. In this video, I share some exam taking tips for the USMLE. I also discuss my experiences as a medical student taking the USMLE Step 1 exam.
Here are the following tips:
1. Save some practice USMLE Exams towards the end of your review to gauge how you are doing.
2. Modify your sleep schedule based on what time your USMLE Step 1 time.
3. Formulas--decide which one to memorize.
4. Check traffic! Make sure you know how to get to the exam site
5. Don't over caffeine!
6. Make sure to get a good breakfast.
7. Plan out how to use your breaks and stick to it! Don't power through the USMLE if you don't have to.

Here are the following tips:
1. Save some practice USMLE Exams towards the end of your review to gauge how you are doing.
2. Modify your sleep schedule based on what time your USMLE Step 1 time.
3. Formulas--decide which one to memorize.
4. Check traffic! Make sure you know how to get to the exam site
5. Don't over caffeine!
6. Make sure to get a good breakfast.
7. Plan out how to use your breaks and stick to it! Don't power through the USMLE if you don't have to.
