This luxury 3 bedroom home is very special, this is very evident from the moment you enter the private gated estate. This is a true 5 star home featuring a rainforest backdrop, a large waterfall at the rear of the property, the home sits on over 950m2 of tropical paradise. There is a very large lush backyard for the kids to play or just lay on and enjoy the sun in total privacy.

Niramaya Villa 3 has its own direct fixed Internet line with a WIFI modem. ADSL2 + boost speed internet included in the nightly rate

For your protection this property Niramaya Villa 3, Stayz ID 166401 is managed by the owner in Australia and the owner will not request payments to an overseas bank account. Payments are via stayz online credit card payment system.

So beautiful, private and peaceful. Loved the little extras in the house such as glad wrap, Bluetooth speaker etc. Di was very helpful and easy to contact. We can't wait for our next stay :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mon and Kyle from Amazing property that exceeded our expectations! We had such a lovely relaxing time at villa 3 for the two weeks that we were there. The master bedroom was airy and beautifully presented. The other two rooms were great too for the kids and my mother. House was well equipped even for our baby. Lush tropical gardens surrounded the property and we'd occasional catch a glimpse of a gecko and a green tree frog. Pool was a huge hit, the kids had so much fun at the house they rarely wanted to leave. The day spa being close was a bonus too, lovely to to get away for an hour for a massage. I think we are experiencing withdrawal symptoms from this place, would go back for sure. Thanks for an wonderful stay! :-)

We have stayed at some luxury resorts hotels etc but this beats them all including the renowned Nam Hai in Vietnam which resembles the buildings. Great place to go and well worth the money. Even supplied yoga mat for yoga on the beach, try it.

The Villa has everything one could ask for or expect. Indeed, such places are very rare to find. Stay here and you will not be disappointed."
