Another sickening Big Bash head clash has put one of the women's league's brightest stars in hospital.
Brisbane Heat's star West Indian recruit Deandra Dottin and teammate Laura Harris collided heavily in the Women's Big Bash League Twenty20 match against the Melbourne Stars in Brisbane on Tuesday.

Incredible brain explosion gives City injury time penalty
With the score at 3-3 in injury time Perth's Fernando Brandan and City's Dino Djulbic lashed out at each other to give Melbourne City their third penalty of the match.
Harris, who also collided with the fence in the same incident,remained at the ground after she was treated by medical staff. Both players are expected ti be reassessed on Wednesday.
"We're awaiting news on Deandra and Laura but there's no doubt that the game changed after those injuries," Heat coach Andy Richards said.

Heat went on to win by five runs, scoring 5-129 (Mooney 55, Jonassen 32) and restricting the Stars to 6-124 (Lanning 50, Inglis 41).
The collision comes a day after Brisbane fast bowler Holly Ferling was ruled out of Tuesday's game against the Stars with concussion sustained when her head hit the ground trying to take a catch in the deep during Monday's match between the two sides.
