CFR can refer to:
Foreign relations is the management of relationships and dealings between two countries. Any results of foreign policy dealings and decisions can be considered foreign relations.
The term foreign evolved during the mid-13th century CE from ferren, foreyne "out of doors," based on the Old French forain "outer, external, outdoor; remote" reflecting the sense of "not in one's own land" first attested in the late 14th century CE. Spelling in English was altered in the 17th century, perhaps by influence of the words reign and sovereign. Both words were associated at the time with the most common office of monarch that determined foreign policy, a set of diplomatic goals that seeks to outline how a country will interact with other countries of the world.
The idea of long-term management of relationships followed the development of a professional diplomatic corps that managed diplomacy. Since 1711, the term diplomacy has been taken to mean the art and practice of conducting negotiations between representatives of groups or nations.
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), founded in 1921, is a United States 4900-member organization, nonprofit, publisher, and think tank specializing in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs. It is headquartered in New York City, with an additional office in Washington, D.C.. Its membership has included senior politicians, more than a dozen secretaries of state, CIA directors, bankers, lawyers, professors, and senior media figures. The CFR promotes globalization, free trade, reducing financial regulations on transnational corporations, and economic consolidation into regional blocs such as NAFTA or the European Union, and develops policy recommendations that reflect these goals.
The CFR meetings convene government officials, global business leaders and prominent members of the intelligence and foreign-policy community to discuss international issues. CFR publishes the bi-monthly journal Foreign Affairs, and runs the David Rockefeller Studies Program, which influences foreign policy by making recommendations to the presidential administration and diplomatic community, testifying before Congress, interacting with the media, and publishing on foreign policy issues.
International relations (IR) or international affairs, depending on academic institution, is either a field of political science or an interdisciplinary academic field similar to global studies, in which students take a variety of internationally focused courses in social science and humanities disciplines. In both cases, the field studies relationships among countries, the roles of sovereign states, inter-governmental organizations (IGOs), international non-governmental organizations (INs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and multinational corporations (MNCs). International relations is an academic and a public policy field, and so can be positive and normative, because it analyzes and formulates the foreign policy of a given State.
As political activity, international relations dates from the time of the Greek historian Thucydides (c. 460–395 BC), and, in the early 20th century, became a discrete academic field (No. 5901 in the 4-digit UNESCO Nomenclature) within political science. In practice International Relations and International Affairs forms a separate academic program or field from Political Science, and the courses taught therein are highly interdisciplinary.
One version says that the CFR is an organization sister to the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Britain), both founded in 1921 right after World War I when the League of Nations idea failed. The sole purpose of such organizations is to condition the public to accept a Global Governance which today is the United Nations. This is the true face of the so-called Globalists, and Centralized Power is what they are really after. Another version says that the CFR was founded in 1911 by J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, and Paul Warberg as an agent for the Rothschild banking empire. They controlled all the money and they wanted to control all the news media to shape debate and channel people's thinking along manageable lines. This was supposed to have been reported and entered in the Cong...

After World War I ended, members of Cecil Rhodes' Round Table Group (largely under the direction of Rhodes' successor, Lord Alfred Milner) met with The Inquiry, led by Colonel Edward Mandell House. Working with the Fabian Socialists, they established the Royal Institute of International Affairs in Britain and its American branch, the Council on Foreign Relations. The CFR was largely under the control of associates of J.P. Morgan, some of whom were Skull and Bones members such as Henry P. Davison and Averell Harriman. Averell Harriman's brother, E. Roland Harriman, was a member of the CFR; he was initiated into S&B; in 1917 along with Prescott Sheldon Bush, George W. Bush's grandfather. In 1891, Cecil John Rhodes organized a secret society to take control of the world. His mentor at Oxfor...

Not visually entertaining, but a great documentary! James Perloff exposes the subversive roots and global designs of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Passed off as a think-tank this group is the "power behind the throne" with hundreds of top-appointed government officials drawn from its ranks - regardless of which party has occupied the White House. It began in 1921 as a front organization for J.P. Morgan and Company and by World War II it had acquired unrivaled influence on American foreign policy. In this presentation Mr. Perloff traces the CFR's activity from the Wilson to Bush administrations. Links to informative readings and media presentations further exposing the Council on Foreign Relations and the emerging "New World Order": Council On Foreign Relations: Influencing Ame...
Vinyl rip from my personal collection. Best audio on the net. This 3x LP record set documents the activities of a secret society known as The Illuminati, and their New World Order. Mr. Fagan describes with documentary evidence how the ILLUMINATI became the instrument of the House of Rothschild to achieve a "One World Government". Mr. Fagan relentlessly uncovered plots for major historical events. Myron Fagan is considered to be the archetype for the PCT (Paranoid Conspiracy Theorist) This Recording is one of the most interesting and yet horrifying, factual stories of some of the most sensational plots in the history of the world. The findings by Mr. Fagan were split into 6 parts, between these 3 records and are presented to you here, in full. Each record has some descriptive notes on...
Be my, be my baby
Yesterday, I was watching the turning tide, of a memories of a changing shore line
Otherwise, was nevermore. Life was different, you closed the door
Still in all my heart is true, there's no forgetting you, what can I do?
Girl, don't you feel the things you've done to me
Took my broken heart and set it free, oh, girl.
Memories, change with every passing day, change with every word you stay
Lost in love without a trace, find myself, in a different place
Listen girl, I still believe, you'll find a way, come back to me
Girl, don't you feel the things you've done to me
Took my broken heart and set it free, oh, girl.
Now the flame is burning, but the fire is gone
This love that's haunting me, but I still push on
You touched controls, and they're moving me
And I can't break away, no.
Solo
Today, I sat and watched the setting sun, sit and think of only love,
A distance shore, a far away, restless heart so hard to tame
Listen girl, I still believe, you'll find you're way, come back to me
Girl, don't you feel the things you've done to me
Took my broken heart and set it free, oh, girl.
Girl, don't you close your eyes and walk away
Let me down and just fade away, oh, girl.
Don't you feel those things you do, don't you feel those things you do to me,
Oh, yeah, I said girl, girl, yeah
What you've done, don't you feel those feelings there
