    If you want it, I’m here to say it’s possible. If one way doesn’t work for you - try another. You get to define what helps and wasn’t doesn’t. For me it was quitting everything for good. And lots and lots of therapy. Now at times I have a contentment I only dreamed of. Dream on.

    My heart overflows with happiness when our khaki hibiscus flowers. This bloom was created to remember Dad. It doesn’t display petals very often but that’s what makes it even more special. When it does bloom it’s like a little miracle unfolding in our backyard.🌼
