Shravan follow the steps to delete your listing: 1) Log in to your My 99acres account. 2) Click on Manage Listings & Campaigns link available under My 99acres homepage. 3) Under All Products tab, you would find an option of Delete Listing against the advertisement posted. 4) Click on Delete Listing against the advertisement you wish to delete and the advertisement would be deleted.

Santosh For rental agreement: Get your registered rent agreement only. Notarized agreements do not work in most of places. Registered rent agreement is valid for passport, getting a new bike, postpaid connection or gas connection etc. This can be done at doorstep with service providers. There are many service providers in pune for this: Precule - Service charge is around 1000 Anulom - Service charge is around 1500 LowPrice - Service charge is around 700 P.S. Sample charges for 15000 rent with 11 months duration: Registration 1000 Stamp duty 350 Service charge (Anulom) 1500 Total - 2850. I did through 'rent agreement low price' they are new startup and very professional. Their reviews can be found on google maps listing. Since their marketing budget is zero so they keep their prices minimum. For my flat of 1bhk for 10,000 it came to 1,800. (it varies with rent amount and duration)

Pabitra Dash Commercial Purchase is a new product designed by banks to fund the purchase of a Ready Commercial Property. It is a type of a Loan against Property but works like a Home Loan. In Loan against Property a person can avail of a loan against a property already owned by self. But in Commercial Purchase you can get a loan to purchase a new commercial property which is not already owned by you, just like a Home Loan. Apart from the above similarity to Home Loan, all the other terms and conditions of Loan against property are applicable to Commercial Property Purchase.
