We assisted in refreshing this property for sale by maintaining the timeless, original charm of circa 1900s. The styling definitely added value to the home & allowed for potential buyer to visualise themselves living there, how to use the space etc. It ended up selling for $3,280,000 a few months ago! Vendor was over the moon.
