Russian plane disappears from radar

A Russian plane has disappeared from radar shortly after take-off. According to local media, the plane — a Russian military jet carrying 81 people — was above the city of Sochi at the time it disappeared. More to follow.

Raiders QB Derek Carr is out indefinitely after suffering a broken leg

Carr's leg got folded at an awkward angle as he was tackled in the fourth quarter against the Colts on Saturday. He was helped off the field with an apparent leg injury. Head coach Jack Del Rio said Carr suffered a broken fibula and will be out indefinitely.
