Man posed as doctor to steal cars on Gumtree: court

A man who allegedly posed as a doctor to steal several cars from sellers on classifieds website Gumtree has faced court.

Bradley Strauch, 23, made a brief appearance at Southport Magistrates Court on Thursday on several charges including fraud, stealing and forgery.

Mr Strauch made no application for bail and has been remanded in custody with the matter adjourned until January 19.
