A...Aa (Anasuya Ramalingam vs Anand Vihari) is a 2016 Indian Telugu romantic comedy film directed by Trivikram Srinivas and produced by S. Radha Krishna under his banner Haarika & Haasine Creations. It features Nithin, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead roles. Popular Tamil music director Anirudh Ravichander was initially signed in to make his Tollywood debut with this movie but he was later replaced by Mickey J Meyer due to his busy schedules with Tamil movies.Natarajan Subramaniam handles the cinematography.

Production began on 24 September 2015 in Hyderabad and Principal photography began on 16 October 2015. Producer S.Radha Krishna had initially planned to release the film for Sankranthi 2016, but later the release date was moved to Feb 14, 2016 to release it on Valentine's Day. During early February, the release was again postponed to April 22, 2016.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is an international mutual aid fellowship founded in 1935 (two years after the end of Prohibition in the United States in December 1933) by Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith in Akron, Ohio. AA stated "primary purpose" is to help alcoholics "stay sober and help other alcoholics achieve sobriety". With other early members Bill Wilson and Bob Smith developed AA's Twelve Step program of spiritual and character development. AA's initial Twelve Traditions were introduced in 1946 to help the fellowship be stable and unified while disengaged from "outside issues" and influences.

The Traditions recommend that members and groups remain anonymous in public media, altruistically helping other alcoholics and avoiding official affiliations with other organization. The Traditions also recommend that those representing AA avoid dogma and coercive hierarchies. Subsequent fellowships such as Narcotics Anonymous have adopted and adapted the Twelve Steps and the Twelve Traditions to their respective primary purposes.

Michael Jackson

Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, and actor. Called the King of Pop, his contributions to music and dance, along with his publicized personal life, made him a global figure in popular culture for over four decades.

The eighth child of the Jackson family, he debuted on the professional music scene along with his elder brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon as a member of the Jackson 5 in 1964, and began his solo career in 1971. In the early 1980s, Jackson became a dominant figure in popular music. The music videos for his songs, including those of "Beat It", "Billie Jean", and "Thriller" from his 1982 album Thriller, were credited with breaking down racial barriers and with transforming the medium into an art form and promotional tool. The popularity of these videos helped to bring the then-relatively-new television channel MTV to fame. His 1987 album Bad spawned the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles "I Just Can't Stop Loving You", "Bad", "The Way You Make Me Feel", "Man in the Mirror", and "Dirty Diana", becoming the first album to have five number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100. With videos such as "Black or White" and "Scream", he continued to innovate the medium throughout the 1990s, as well as forging a reputation as a touring solo artist. Through stage and video performances, Jackson popularized a number of complicated dance techniques, such as the robot and the moonwalk, to which he gave the name. His distinctive sound and style has influenced numerous artists of various music genres.

Mickey J Meyer

Mickey J Meyer is an Indian music composer and singer known for his works predominantly in Telugu Cinema, and few Kannada films. An alumni of Trinity College of Music, His Light music is noted for being a harmonious blend of traditional Indian music and Western instrumentation. He has received two Filmfare Awards South, and two state Nandi Awards for the Best music Direction in hits such as Happy Days and Kotha Bangaru Lokam.

Early life and education

Mickey J Meyer was born and brought up in Hyderabad, India. He attended St.Marys college in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. He started learning violin and piano in his childhood. He is also trained in Carnatic music. After his fifth standard, he got into the most prestigious Trinity College of Music, London. He graduated from the eight-year music course in 2002.

Career

Mickey has stated that he became addicted to music because of A. R. Rahman who he hails as an inspiration and his most favourite musician and whose music he grew up listening to mostly. He decided to become a music director after graduating from Trinity College. He approached Tammareddy Bharadwaja who gave him his first break in the form of Pothe Poni(2005). This was succeeded by 10th Class (2006) and Notebook (2007). Thereafter, he was signed by Sekhar Kammula for the film Happy Days, which received widespread acclaim and was considered one of the best albums of the year. He received the best music director award at the three major Telugu film award ceremonies (Filmfare Awards South, Nandi Awards and CineMAA Awards) for the film. It was also the first film for which he composed the film score too.

Aditya Music

Aditya Music India Private Limited is music company in India. It owns a music label Aditya Music. Aditya Music has its presence in Tollywood, the Telugu Film Industry. It is headquartered at Hyderabad, India. Aditya Music is the record label preferred by most filmmakers in Tollywood and they eventually became a household name in the film industry of Andhra Pradesh Telangana.

Overview

Aditya Music was established in late 1990s by Umesh Gupta who now serves as Managing Director of the company. Aditya Music was primarily into distribution and marketing of music of other music labels for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Later they started acquiring their own music rights. For the manufacture of audio cassettes, they started a plant in 2000.

Aditya Music owns music rights for majority of films in Tollywood. It recently acquired few labels such as Shiva Musicals, Leo, Maruti Music, Echo, Sohan Music, Supreme, Pyramid Audio and accounts to the largest player in Telugu film music. It is member of PPL India and IPRS.
