The FBI discovered Hillary Clinton-related emails Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner and his wife Huma Abedin during an investigation into the disgraced congressman. Authorities said in the warrant request that they suspected a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series used by senior Clinton aide Huma Abedin contained classified email exchanges with Clinton, but claimed they had not actually looked at the content of the messages. A judge still approved the search warrant on October 30, following FBI Director James Comey's bombshell announcement to congress that the FBI was reopening the Clinton investigation.

Richard Marx and his wife Daisy Fuentes were on a flight from Hanoi, Vietnam to Seoul, South Korea on Tuesday when a male passenger started attacking staff. The 80s pop icon helped flight attendants subdue the 'psycho' passenger. On Facebook, Marx wrote that the staff was 'ill-prepared' and that the airline should train its staff so that passengers don't need to help in such situations.

There was not a single dry eye left in the house as Bo Farrell, U.S. Army lieutenant, ran out to embrace his younger brother Matt Farrell, a junior point guard, at the game. A former College of Charleston student is suing the school and a fraternity after she claims she was raped at a 'Bid Day' party during the first week of classes. The unidentified victim says she went to an off-campus party (residence where the party was hosted, center) hosted by Alpha Epsilon Pi on August 27 when she was abused by two frat brothers. According to the lawsuit, one of the men forced her to perform a sex act while the other filmed. The teen is now seeking unspecified damages for the physical and emotional pain she allegedly endured. Attorney Nathan Hughey said the teen decided to sue because the fraternity and the college created an environment where this kind of assault could happen. The two men accused in the incident - 22-year-old James West III (right) and 21-year-old Timothy Seppi (left) - are also facing criminal charges. Seppi is charged with first-degree and third-degree exploitation of a minor, while West is charged with engaging a child for sexual performance. Neither have been charged with rape yet, but those charges could be filed pending lab results.

Robin Thicke was overcome with emotion at the funeral of his father, actor Alan Thicke (inset) on Monday. The 39-year-old singer was surrounded by family and friends including girlfriend April Love Geary, 22. The Blurred Lines hit-maker attended the service of his late father - who died suddenly following a heart attack last Tuesday, aged 69 - in Santa Barbara, California.

A Brazilian man's family watched in horror as he smashed head first into the ground after a bungee jump went horribly wrong. A video has emerged showing the gut-wrenching moment when Fabio Ezequiel de Moraes, 36, jumped into oblivion (pictured). Moraes was attempting a 40-metre jump off a bridge in Sao Paulo state as his wife, his six-year-old son and his brother looked on.

Some of the most picturesque beaches in the United States are slowly disappearing. The Outer Banks are a 200-mile barrier island chain on the North Carolina coast and are a major tourist destination, with tourists flocking there to enjoy fresh seafood and beautiful beaches. However, major portions of the island-chain, which starts in southern Virginia and stretches nearly the entire North Carolina coastline, are collapsing. Stanley Riggs, a coastal geologist at East Carolina University in Greenville, said that the damage is the result of tropical storms, beach-front development and sea-level rise.

Jill and her husband Derick Dillard (left with son Israel) revealed on Tuesday that they are expecting their second child this July. 'Words can not describe how excited we all are that God has blessed us with another precious gift!' wrote the couple on their website Tuesday. 'We are eager for another sweet Dillard baby to join our lives, and we know Israel will be a great big brother.' Derick joked about the post on his Twitter account, writing that there was some exciting news to share' before stating: 'If you guessed we're getting a new puppy, then guess again!' His tweets after that were not so jovial though, including one in which he shared his excitement and wrote about how 'blessed' he was above an image that showed the outline of a pregnant woman's body. An arrow pointing to the baby read, 'Someone else's body' and underneath the woman it said in all caps, 'NOT your body.' The next tweet (right) said: 'Abortion = murder = sin.'

An annual tradition, Dr. Phil and Robin McGraw have transformed their Los Angeles home into a winter wonderland ahead of Christmas. This year's theme is Santa's workshop, and the home is filled with toys, stuffed animals, and plenty of other fun, fabulous decorations. Dr Phil and Robin spend Christmas day with their sons, musician Jordan, 30 and producer Jay, 37, and his wife Erica and children Avery and London. Robin has added ornaments to the family Christmas tree for the past four decades of her marriage to Dr Phil, memorializing significant moments in their lives with each new trinket and bauble. This year's new ornaments include a fairy and a pair of ballet slippers because both of her grandchildren, Avery and London, lost a tooth this year and granddaughter Avery was chosen to dance as a ballerina mouse in her school show.

Several of the NFL team's cheerleaders had visited Western High School in Russiaville, Indiana and one student posted a picture online of himself with black cheerleader Leanna with a racial slur. But the image was screen shotted and went viral on Facebook and Twitter prompting anger. And now the school's principal Rick Davis has been forced to issue an apology and say that 'severe and significant' disciplinary action had been take against the students involved.

Joshua Boyle, from Toronto, Canada and his wife Caitlan Coleman, from Pennsylvania, were joined by their children in the hostage video for the first time. Coleman was seven-months pregnant when she and her husband were captured traveling through the Wardak province of Afghanistan in October 2012, making her eldest son nearly four years old now. It's unclear when Coleman gave birth to their second son. But this is the first time their children have appeared in a hostage video with them. 'We are living in a Kafkaesque nightmare,' Coleman said during the footage, filmed on December 3, as she called on the American and Canadian governments to help them.

Secret Santa season is in full swing with work-mates exchanging gifts before companies shut down for the festive weekend. Not everyone is happy with the gifts bestowed though, with some disgruntled recipients posting on social media their less-than-impressive presents. Shocking footage shows the brawl that broke out at Capitol Heights' Central High School (pictured) on Friday, with students punching each other, hurling one another to the ground and screaming. The fight kicked off when a group of African-American students attacked a group of Hispanic students, a school district spokesperson said. The school said the incident may have been racially motivated. No one was arrested after the fight but the aggressors are believed to have been expelled. Three students were taken to the hospital and have since been released. A father said he kept his daughter out of school on Monday even though she wasn't involved in the brawl, because he feared for her safety.

Estate agent Sandrine Devillard, who was 25 years younger than husband Marcel Amphoux, challenged a 'will' written on the back of an envelope which cut her from his inheritance. Amphoux, who French media said 'lived like a bear', died at the age of 68 in a car crash, when he was a passenger in a car driven by Devillard's friend, who survived.

Jess Rodriguez, a 25-year-old law student, proposed to Chelsea Miller, a 26-year-old nanny and student, at the Art Institute of Chicago after more than four years together, but her fiancé wasn't the only one who was thrilled by the surprise. A photo that Jess' 22-year-old brother, Carlos Jair Rodriguez, shared on Twitter sees an unknown  woman expressing a look of pure joy in the background.

There's nothing worse than an itch that you just can't scratch. But fortunately for this prickle-covered koala, a man with a hairbrush was on hand to help. The koala was in a bad mood when Bruce Atkinson, from Australia, found her on his porch as on Saturday. The animal-lover offered the poor koala a cup of water but it angrily swatted it away. It was only then that Mr Atkinson realized that the creature's fur was covered with burrs. The caring man popped inside to grab a glove and a hairbrush and started combing them off of the poor creature. It took a long time, but eventually most of the burrs were gone.

A spooky statue with half its face missing (top right) is among the creepy items found in an abandoned mansion in the French countryside. The haunting pictures show how belongings have been strewn around in the bedrooms and art has been taken from the walls and dumped on the floor. Another image provides insight into the owner's hobbies as a dusty piano takes pride of place in a room surrounded by brightly coloured sofas (bottom right). The photographer will not reveal where in France the ghostly chateau (left) is located.

A neglected and starving dog who was allegedly abandoned by a pet sitter received an outpouring of support from well wishers who donated more than $15,000. Lucky, an adult boxer mix, was a healthy 50 pounds when he was taken in last month by a pet sitter who agreed to foster him, according to Justine Stinnett, a pet rescue advocate in Cobb County, Georgia. When the woman stopped returning her messages, Stinnett said she grew increasingly suspicious and eventually showed up at her home to discover she had 'moved away and left him to die'.

It is just the second time in living memory that snow has fallen, with the last occasion being in February 1979. The pictures were taken by amateur photographer Karim Bouchetata in the small Saharan desert town of Ain Sefra, Algeria, yesterday afternoon. He said: 'Everyone was stunned to see snow falling in the dessert, it is such a rare occurrence.'

The oddly enjoyable video was made by YouTube channel Watch It Melt which has amassed over 134,000 subscribers. It shows the blade making short work of a rubber duck, a plastic ball and even a small dish of food. Some viewers have commented that the videos help them to fall asleep.

A group of friends may have created the most extreme Christmas Tree ever at the spindly summit in Southeastern Utah's Fisher Towers. Daredevil filmmakers, Moab Monkeys, scaled the Ancient Art Tower to adorn a protruding piece of rock, that has a shape similar to a Christmas Tree, with lights, ornaments and a star that was set on fire at the top.The filmmakers, who film themselves engaged in a number of epic adventures such as base jumping and rock climbing say the decision to decorate the 300ft jut of rock was spontaneous, like all of their projects.
