A man is dead after an industrial accident east of Brisbane.
Emergency crews rushed to Shore Street West, Cleveland, just before 10am, in response to reports a man had been trapped underneath a granite block.
A Workplace Health and Safety Queensland spokesman confirmed a worker had been fatally crushed in the incident.
Police were securing the scene and WHSQ investigators were on their way to the site.
