Queensland police are searching for a man in his 30s after the early-morning assault of a sleeping child in a Sunshine Coast caravan park.
The child, who was sleeping in an annex attached to a caravan at the Maroochydore park, was woken up by the man assaulting them about 4am on Sunday before the offender fled.
Police declined to provide an age or gender of the victim, who was not physically harmed, but said they were looking for a man in his 30s with dark brown hair, a slim build, fair complexion and about 175cm tall.
