Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
I am prepared to come around and give friendly advise on what ever your paving needs are and stay as long as it takes till you are satisfied. I have a very outgoing bubbly personality and can communicate with all types of people. I am on EVERY job I am honest and reliable

How do you normally charge for your service?
Most charges are worked out on a per meter rate and a site inspection must be carried out. There are some jobs like for example repairs, they are sometimes worked out on a day rate.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
There are a lot of cases where the customer wants to help to get the costs down. I am always happy to let them assist in areas where expertise isn't needed like for example...digging out the area where the paving is going to be laid, to even picking up the existing pavers.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
The most important things I need to know before coming and quoting is what type of paving you are after and where is it going to be laid, for example...you are interested in laying large format pavers (400 x 400) around a pool or brick size pavers on a driveway.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I have been doing paving all my working life through different era's so I have seen and experienced nearly all kinds of paving which means that I can give you 100% of my knowledge and craftsmanship. I also take on all my jobs as if they were my own.

What do you like most about your job?
I love paving because of the satisfaction it gives when the job has been done and that you have done it. Also I like being outdoors and keeping fit. But mostly I love meeting new people.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Well when I was in year 10 I done my work experience with a good friend of the family (Bill Chapman) and then left school at the end of that year to to become a paver. I did leave a few times to explore other industries, but I always seem to come back to Bill. Then in 2003 I went out on my own
