What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
One of the thing we try to do when giving you a Quote is to give you the best quote we can for the work, as well as thinking about what needs to be done so ther should not be any extras to the work quote for.

It depends on the job Some times it's a hourly rate work, if there are to many unknowns. Quoted work, for a straight forward job.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Do some home work on the things you need to be done. Write down a list of the things to be quoted on & give the same list to all the people quoting on the work. Ask question and check that they have a trade Lic.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
That we are to do. What Materials they would like it to be finished with. If they have a start date or a date that work needs to be finish by.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I have completed my Carpentry Apprenticeship in 1990, and have all so Completed my Certificate IV in Building Residential in 1999. I have a wide range of Experience.

The Specialise it the Smaller Renovations & Extensions as well as all the other work that goes with that, Organising the other Trades, to achieve the out come you would like.

I would say there is 3 Question - 1 Insurance cover, - 2 Up to date contractors Lic for the work to be under taken, - 3 OHS green card, are the main Question to be asked,

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I was good at Wood work & Tech Drawing at school, Finishing a job and thinking that I had made that and other like it to was pretty good filling. Being able to build someone's House or Deck.
