11-year-old Sabre Norris, the tiny - and very talented - surfer who had Australia in hysterics on morning television last month is back - this time appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Posting the clip of the pint-sized star's interview to her Facebook page, Ellen described Sabre as "one of my favourite people I met this year," adding "and she's about to be one of yours".

It's virtually impossible to choose highlights from Sabre's hilarious appearance - there are simply too many.

But here are some of the funniest moments:

Sharing that she placed an astonishing 25th out of 100 in the Sydney International Women's Pro, Sabre says, " The good thing is, even if I would have lost, I still would have got $250. But because I didn't lose, I got $500. So twice as much."

Sabre then tells the US talk show host that she was planning to spend all her winnings on doughnuts. As it turns out however, she didn't have to - her favourite doughnut place Doughnut Time, gave the little champion the dougnuts for free.

Sabre explains that she decided to give her siblings $100 each, spending the remainder of her earnings on a giant "Hershey's" kiss, "as big as my head," and "just sugar".

"I also want an American pair of socks," Sabre continues, "to remind me of my time I had here."

"You're eleven years old," a clearly astonished Ellen says, "You're so special."

Sabre - who started surfing at just five years old - then tells Ellen that while she surfs as much as she can, she has to do a "gnarly big list" of chores in order to participate in competitions. Surfing competitions, that is.

Why? Well, it sounds like her dad, Justin Norris, who was an Olympic bronze medallist in the pool - and whom Sabre described on TODAY as "pretty fat" - would prefer his daughter to follow in his footsteps.

But not if Sabre can help it.

"I hate swimming," she tells Ellen. "Swimming sucks."

"It doesn't sound like your dad has impressed you much," an amused Ellen says.

Describing that it's her first trip to the US, Sabre then tells Ellen that there's one place on her wish list - and it's not Disneyland.

"I would die to go to Las Vegas," she says, adding that she's done her research and there are buffets everywhere. "You can get crispy creme doughnuts for breakfast."

Ellen then gives the little one the shock of her life, informing Sabre that she and her mother would be heading straight to Las Vegas - Sabre's dream location - with $500 spending money.

If you think that can't be topped, think again. Ellen also gives Sabre tickets to see her Idol Justin Bieber.

And her reaction is priceless.

Sabre's hilarious Ellen appearance came after an appearance on the TODAY show last month. Norris had co-hosts Lisa Wilkinson and Karl Stefanovic in hysterics as she talked about her dad.

The Ellen appearance has been viewed an incredible 15 million times - and counting. And it seems people can't get enough of the bubbly, honest and very funny Australian.

"I love this girl so much!!! She does us Aussies proud! Beach and Food!" one commenter wrote.

Another posted that if Ellen ever needs to take a holiday, "you have a replacement right there."

You go, Sabre! We can't wait to see what you do in 2017.
