FORMER Titans player Aidan Sezer has decided to keep a foot in Queensland despite moving to the Canberra Raiders this year.

Sezer, who played 18 games for the Titans before injury forced him to the sidelines for several months, played his first game for The Raiders at the start of the 2016 season.

But he has decided against a total culling of all things Queensland, keeping his three bedroom Palm Beach home for the future.

The Laguna Avenue property, which has two bathrooms and two car spaces, sits on a 508sq m block.

Sezer bought the property three years ago for $600,000 and has had the home put up for rent since moving back south.

If you’re keen to live how he did, it will cost you $700 a week which includes lake views.

According to his rental agents McGrath Palm Beach, the property has “multiple living areas including a stunning entertainer’s patio and pool”.

His kitchen has stainless steel appliances, while the master bedroom includes walk-in robe, ensuite and a balcony with lake views.

The home has solar power, air conditioning, a security system and intercom, as well as lock up garage, and side access to a workshop and shed.
