Police are searching for a baby boy who was taken by a man known to him more than a week ago.
The one-year-old was last seen at Markwell Road at Caboolture on December 8 with a 24-year-old man named Alan Reid.
Police believe the man and child could be travelling in an unregistered red Nissan Patrol or similar-looking Toyota in the Caboolture, Esk or Ipswich areas.
The baby boy is described as Caucasian in appearance with fair hair and blue eyes.
Mr Reid is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 190 centimetres tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Police hold concerns for the child's welfare as Mr Reid has not been in contact with family since the child went missing.
