Love hanging things on the wall, they always have a history which adds to their special-ness. The trick is to make sure that they are hung right or framed/displayed right. My aunty Effie now passed on was a prolific crafty person and I was lucky enough to be given a number of her creations. The photos are her work a wall hanging, my sons old cot blanket & I was given a piece of my grandmas flax mat that once adorned the local church and now hanging in my stair well on some Tongan Tapa cloth.

Janet Dunn thanks for asking, these are all mine. I am a fiber artist and love working with Australian Merino wool. They are dream to touch as Merino wool is super fine and soft. If you happen to be on Sunshine Coast,QLD in next 6 months drop in to Eumundi Artisans Gallery, my exhibit is opening on 29th Nov 16. Thanks:)
