A baby has died after a two-car crash on Melbourne's Phillip Island on Saturday night.
The one-year-old girl was airlifted to hospital after the Mazda she was travelling in collided with a Mercedes on Saturday night. She died shortly after arrival.

The 24-year-old male driver of the Mercedes was taken to hospital under police guard for minor injuries, while the other passengers and the driver in the Mazda also suffered some minor injuries.
Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the fatal collision, which happened about 7.30pm.
