We’re now seeking applications for a Sales & Accounts Manager to join our team!

Description
Here at Range, we are a small team full of super talented people. We are just missing you – an experienced Sales Account Manager! You will act as a liaison between Range and our clients during the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and propelling us into projects that we can’t wait to build.

As a Sales Account Manager, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also be able to act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale cycle from beginning to the end, including periodically after we launch a project.

Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales while maintaining our company-client relationships at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales to current clients
  • Act as point of contact for current and new clients during the sales cycle
  • Organize and lead internal and external new client meetings to discuss requirements and opportunities
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify potential new customers and strategize effective ways to reach these customers
  • Identify and communicate with potential product buyers
  • Establish and follow a sales best practices initiative for the team
  • Monitor, track, and routinely report on sales performance analytics
  • Manage incoming sales requests from our contact form
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Proactively and collaboratively implement these ideas with the team
  • Work closely with all team members to ensure smooth transitions from sales cycles to production cycles

Requirements

  • Proven work experience and successful track record in sales (software sales preferred, but not required)
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to intuitively grasp clients’ needs and engage with customers
  • Solid knowledge of WordPress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think analytically and manage time well
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with limited supervision

Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position is market competitive and depends on the candidate’s experience, location, and skill set. This can be a part-time or full-time position.

  • Hours are flexible, with limited scheduled meetings and check-ins. Our team is self-motivated and passionate enough about the work to get the job done, without a supervisor dictating what hours of the day they are on the job.
  • In addition to base salary, you will receive monetary bonuses based upon revenue from completed projects
