Great work, very efficient,tidy and friendly, looks better than when I moved in, the $120 was windows in and out and tracks in a medium 3 bedroom home. We'll worth it definitely recommend Andrea, just waiting for emailed receipt. Awesome!

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
We have been in business since 2006. Experienced, reliable and reputable. Unfortunately there are many cleaners out there that claim they can clean. We don't rush thye job or cut corners or pretend. We've proven our worth as professional cleaners. Our testimonials are proof of that. We service many customers on a daily basis. We are proud of what we do. We have Police clearances and are fully insured - peace of mind. We have full insurance coverage, both public liability and workers compensation so my staff are covered on someone else's property in the eventof any injury. Its that peace of mind! We all have police clearance certificates. Again peace of mind. Why would you trust someone that doesn't have these credentials?

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We offer many aspects of cleaning including general and detailed cleaning, end of lease or vacate cleaning, window cleaning and builder's and renovation cleaning. We clean many residential properties from one-off vacant cleans, to on-going regular cleans to our vauled customers. Many of our customers are commercial, office or industrial based in suburbs such as Welshpool, Belmont, Kewdale, Maddington, Highgate, Perth CBD to name a few. Our residential customers have their houses professionallycleaned we essentially clean to what the customer requests.

How do you normally charge for your service?
We nornally charge a flat hourly rate, however in many cases a site inspection is required so that we can view the premises beforehand and speak to the customer. It is always better to view the premises, especially if you need to be detailed in your quotation process. No two properties or customers are the same and neither is the quote. Are quotes are always in writing so that you know what to expect from our service.

What makes your pricing competitive?
Our rates are higher than some of our competitors, but that is reflective of the standard of service we offer. You can't compare a quote that is 50% cheaper. As the saying goes "you pay for what you get". Sadly there are many cleaners that underperform and are unreliable. Cleaners that offer cheap quotes are not going to perform. I get plenty of requests to fix up others mistakes, therefore the customer unfortunately has had to pay more to get the property cleaned.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes as mentioned we are fully insured. I would never take the risk and neither should the customer. Many cheap-priced quotes are from cleaners don't have insurance, so beware accepting such quotes. I always advise customers not to take a risk and accepting a quote from an operator that does not have insurance, in case of something happens. It is peace of mind.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Questions such as do we have experience, are we insured, police cleared? We offer a flexible cleaning service to suit the customer's needs. Not our needs. No two houses or offices or tenants are the same. So customers need to supply as much information as possible so that we are able to determine if we are the right business to service your cleaning requirements

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
After many years in a desk bound office job, it was time for a change. A complete change for the better!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
We have been in the cleaning industry since 2006. We have expereince in both domestic and commercial cleaning. We have completed 100's of cleans over this time. We service dozens of customers each week. If we didn't have the expereince or training then we wouldn't have these customers. Experience is built over time and the reputation that coems with it.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We have Police clearances which we update yearly. Soem cleaners only produce such a clearance once which is years out of date. Insist on cleaners that have regualr updates on their Police clearances. We are also fully insured. That means we have both Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance. Workers Compensation covers my staff in the even of an accident on your property. You have peace of mind that we are cleared and covered. Don't trust in engaging a cleaner that doesn't have these credentials. Its not worth the risk!

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Get a written quote after a site inspection so you know what to expect and get a fixed price. No catches no gimmicks and no nonsense.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Things we need to know: Size and type of property, number of rooms, number of office workstations or desks, type of flooring, number of bathrooms/toilets, single or double storey premises, frequency of cleaning, rdo you require general or detailed cleaning etc etc. A site visit is generally the way to go, although window cleaning is normally not needed. Don't rely on a verbal quote ove the phone wihout a proper site inspection. Its the fairest and best way of quoting.

What do you like most about your job?
Meeting new customers and the satisfaction of making their property clean and tidy. There is a sense of pride and self satisfaction when you know that you have done a good job. The customer comes home to see the house clean or comes to work the next day and the office has been cleaned - floors vacuumed, bins emptied, amenities cleaned, kitchen cleaned etc etc

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
I have many satisfied customers and over the past 7 years have we have completed 100's of cleans since. One of my favourite customers was a house that we cleaned in Rivervale for elderly frail man that was organised by their daughters. The house needed a big clean while the father was in hospital. After he was discharged and came home, the daughter had said that her father was most happy and grateful for what they had organised for him while away. The daughter was pleased with the cleaning we had done. I was content by the feedback and was glad to be of service.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
They ask many questions including, the rate per hour (varies), what type of cleaning we offer (detailed, general, one-off, ongoing etc), if we provide our own cleaning products (yes we can), if we have experience (yes plenty of it) and references (definitely).
