Canberra traffic was thrown into disarray on Wednesday morning with several prangs involving nine cars.
The morning started with a two-car collision in Narrabundah on the intersection of Hindmarsh Drive and Jerrabomberra Avenue.
According to police one of the cars hit a traffic light which affected southbound traffic as the signals failed.
Later in the morning a two-car crash on Yamba Drive in Isaacs blocked southbound traffic, followed by a three car collision in the northbound lanes not far from the original crash.
A small crash occurred in Chisholm on Beattie Crescent involving two cars.
Luckily, nobody was reported injured in any of these crashes.
