Bharatiya Janata Party

The Bharatiya Janata Party (pronounced [bʱaːrət̪iːjə dʒənət̪aː paːrʈiː]; translation: Indian People's Party; abbr. BJP) is one of the two major parties in the Indian political system, along with the Indian National Congress. As of 2015, it is the country's largest political party in terms of representation in the national parliament and state assemblies, and it is the world's largest party in terms of primary membership. The BJP is a right-wing party, with close ideological and organisational links to the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

The BJP's origins lie in the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, formed in 1951 by Syama Prasad Mookerjee. After the State of Emergency in 1977, the Jana Sangh merged with several other parties to form the Janata Party; it defeated the incumbent Congress party in the 1977 general election. After three years in power, the Janata party dissolved in 1980 with the members of the erstwhile Jana Sangh reconvening to form the BJP. Although initially unsuccessful, winning only two seats in the 1984 general election, it grew in strength on the back of the Ram Janmabhoomi movement. Following victories in several state elections and better performances in national elections, the BJP became the largest party in the parliament in 1996; however, it lacked a majority in the lower house of Parliament, and its government lasted only 13 days.

Hindi media

Hindi media refers to media in Hindi language and its dialects, across the Hindi belt in India, and elsewhere with Hindi-speaking Indian diaspora. First Hindi-language newspaper published in India, Udant Martand (The Rising Sun), started on 30 May 1826. This day is celebrated as the "Hindi Journalism Day", or Hindi Patrakarita Diwas as it marked the beginning to journalism in Hindi language. 'HISTORY India has a long history of printing. India's first printing press was set up as early as in 1674 in Mumbai (Bombay). Being a multi-lingual country, the Hindi-belt in India is considered to be a group of states which are predominantly Hindi-speaking. A common understanding of the Hindi belt includes states of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and the union territory of Chandigarh.

Puthiya Thalaimurai (Tamil: புதிய தலைமுறை) is one of the leading Tamil magazines published from Chennai, India by New Generation Media. The magazine mostly publishes articles about education and Tamil Nadu politics. The magazine tries to publish authentic news avoiding rumours. Puthiya Thalaimurai Television started its satellite TV relay on 24 August 2011 and has been successfully broadcasting all its events, acquiring a huge local and international Tamil population as its regular viewers. It is also known for promoting the view of Church when reporting events related to KKNPP, the Sri Lankan Tamil issue, and the Kachatheevu issue. On weekdays, it broadcasts about 25 different programs from 6 a.m. through midnight.

The Puthiya Thalaimurai TV is the first Tamil news television channel that started its free live streaming through internet, which allowing access across the state of Tamil Nadu. Creation

Google+ is the company's fourth foray into social networking, following Google Buzz (launched 2010, retired in 2011), Google Friend Connect (launched 2008, retired by March 1, 2012), and Orkut (launched in 2004, as of 2013 operated entirely by subsidiary Google Brazil – retired in September 2014).

Google+ launched in June 2011. Features included the ability to post photos and status updates to the stream or interest based communities, group different types of relationships (rather than simply "friends") into Circles, a multi-person instant messaging, text and video chat called Hangouts, events, location tagging, and the ability to edit and upload photos to private cloud-based albums.
