A man and a woman have been charged with manslaughter over the death of a child in Brisbane's south-east more than a year ago.
The 10-year-old boy was found dead in a home in Mackenzie, about 20 kilometres south-east of the Brisbane CBD on July 19, 2015.

A relative discovered the lifeless body in a back bedroom, according to police at the time.
Police charged the 43-year-old woman and 35-year-old man, both from Mackenzie, on Wednesday morning.

They were expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on charges of manslaughter, child cruelty and interfering with a corpse.
