  • 42 reading now

The twelfth outlet to make the list was Spice of India on Albany Highway in Gosnells, a grocery store that also sold hot food such as curry puffs and samosas.

The business was fined $25,000 for failing to appropriately label food, failing to maintain it to a proper temperature and failing to keep the premises clean, confirmed the enforcing agency the City of Gosnells.

It also failed to give staff a place to wash their hands in hot water or provide a working toilet for staff.

The date of the offence was given as September 8.

"This has all been fixed now," owner Baljit Singh said.
