Teenage jogger injured by barbed wire strung across Perth road

A woman has been injured by barbed wire while jogging in High Wycombe Monday night.

The 16-year-old tripped and fell on the barbed wire which was strung from the road verge to a power pole on Upton Road around 7pm.

The jogger was fortunately to escape with minor injuries.
