Australia's Golden Globes - the annual AACTAs - pulled a star studded crowd including Home & Away turned Hollywood star Isla Fisher and Mel Gibson. However the highlight of the night was some novelty sized sausages.

Members of Women in Film and Television NSW arrived in the best look of the night - dressed as giant sausages to "Australia's biggest sausage party". Hat tip to the ladies for using fashion to make a statement about the low instance of female nominations in this year's awards. The best part was the fabric, a shiny satin that made it hard for security to forcibly remove the slippery snags from the red carpet.
