- Beware! Woot has the worst customer service on the planet. They abso...lutely detest their customers and have absolutely no regard for satisfaction. What should have been a simple fix has turned into a month long ordeal. Woot sent the WRONG product to me - I didn't order the wrong size or color, they shipped the totally wrong products. I repackaged and returned the items the same day (a month ago,) but Woot refused to acknowledge their original mistake or try to resolve this issue at all. Because of their original mistakes, the order numbers and tracking numbers don't match - I have been telling then that for the last month, but they refuse to acknowledge their fault. If they would just check the physical inventory instead of relying on their FAULTY system they would see. I normally don't like complaining on social media, but I don't know what else to do. As far as I am concerned, Woot has stolen from me. Remember that Woot is not a BBB accredited business - there is a reason for that. Be sure to report them to the Texas Attorney General consumer affairs division, hopefully they will respond. See More
