A cold front should move across the south, leading to showers and storms over SA, VIC and TAS. A preceding inland trough will trigger storms over northern WA and the NT interior. A second trough should trigger storms over northeastern NSW and southeastern QLD

A cold front should trigger showers and storms over TAS. A deep low pressure trough should generate showers and storms over WA, the NT, QLD and eastern NSW. Heat may be pushed towards the WA coast.

Saturday 22:00 EDT

A deepening trough should generate showers and storms over WA, the NT and QLD. An Easterly change should cool temperatures over eastern QLD. A high pressure system should keep elsewhere clear.
