This is from a failed FOX TV show, LA Firefighters 1996-97. It only lasted about 13 episodes and technically 2 seasons, but was a summer replacement with 6 episodes for season 1 and was canceled mid season 2.

LOS ANGELES - Three men and a woman were involved in a drunken brawl on the sidewalk while people watched. LAFD 13's was in route to a unrelated call when the ambulance stopped to investigate the fight. as soon as they arrived they called for LAPD back-up just as their engine compant showed up to help. A total of 6 LAFD personal stopped the fight as LAPD arrived. LAPD arrested two of the males and let one male and the female go. Uncertain at this time what started the fight. At some point in the video you see one of the men hit the female....but you will also see the female kicking one of the men whiles he's down just moments after.

Mandatory evacuations were ordered in the area after officials warned the blaze was spreading and was not yet under control.
Around 100 buildings are said to be in the path of the fire which is being whipped up by strong winds.

Los Angeles Firefighters were rushed to the aid of an 80 year-old woman who unfortunately flipped her Mercedes-Benz, leaving it on its side in the middle of Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood.
The woman was heading Eastbound on Sunset Blvd., just past Sunset Plaza, when she swerved in an attempt to avoid an illegal jaywalker. Her front right tire rolled over the rear left tire of a parked Range Rover, causing the entire vehicle to flip onto its left side.
With no way of getting her out safely, Firefighters had to break out jigsaws, axes and the Jaws Of Life... completely dismantling the roof and windshield of the vehicle until she is safely removed.
And we just so happened to pass by SunOfHollywood.com's favorite Red-Head... Phoebe Price, who was having lunch down the street at Chin Chin's in Sunset Plaza.

all of its nine lives after spending two days trapped in a South Los Angeles
sewer, but when freedom finally came as a result of a joint effort by LAPD
officers and City of L.A firefighters, the churlish feline tried to attack his
rescuers, before being put in the back of a LAPD Police Car
``Two of our officers were flagged down around 1:15 a.m., near the intersection of Avalon Boulevard and 83rd Street, by a resident who told them a cat had been stuck inside a sewer for a couple of days,'' said Lt. Darrell Belthius, watch commander at the Los Angeles Police Department's 77th Street Station.
``The officers tried to free the crying cat and then contacted the fire
department who came out and removed the grate from the sewer,'' Belthius said.
The kitten was tiny, gray and white, and appeared to be just a few
months old, a news photographer reported from the scene.
After 1 hour of paitentaly waiting a LA City Firefighter that crawled into the sewer was able to grab the frightened kitten out from inside the sewer. ``But they said it came out like a Tasmanian devil,'' Belthius said. ``They said it tried to bite and scratch everyone." The firefighter was able to put it in the back of the original police officers squad car and they took the kitten to the 77th Division Police Station. One of the LAPD Officers that was at the scene took it and will give it a good home. LOUDLABS NEWS

Sunset Boulevard
Sunset Boulevard is a boulevard in the central and western part of Los Angeles County, California that stretches from Figueroa Street in Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Coast Highway at the Pacific Ocean.
Geography
Approximately 22 miles (35 km) in length, the boulevard roughly traces the arc of mountains that form part of the northern boundary of the Los Angeles Basin, following the path of a 1780s cattle trail from the Pueblo de Los Angeles to the ocean.
From Downtown Los Angeles, it heads northwest, to Hollywood, through which it travels due west for several miles before it bends southwest towards the ocean. It passes through or near Echo Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Holmby Hills. In Bel-Air, Sunset Boulevard runs along the northern boundary of UCLA's Westwood campus. The boulevard continues through Brentwood to Pacific Palisades where it terminates at the Pacific Coast Highway intersection.
The boulevard has curvaceous winding stretches, and can be treacherous for unaware drivers in some sections. It is at least four lanes wide along its entire route. Sunset is frequently congested with traffic loads beyond its design capacity.

LOS ANGELES - Three men and a woman were involved in a drunken brawl on the sidewalk while people watched. LAFD 13's was in route to a unrelated call when the ambulance stopped to investigate the fight. as soon as they arrived they called for LAPD back-up just as their engine compant showed up to help. A total of 6 LAFD personal stopped the fight as LAPD arrived. LAPD arrested two of the males and let one male and the female go. Uncertain at this time what started the fight. At some point in the video you see one of the men hit the female....but you will also see the female kicking one of the men whiles he's down just moments after.

Los Angeles Firefighters were rushed to the aid of an 80 year-old woman who unfortunately flipped her Mercedes-Benz, leaving it on its side in the middle of Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood.
The woman was heading Eastbound on Sunset Blvd., just past Sunset Plaza, when she swerved in an attempt to avoid an illegal jaywalker. Her front right tire rolled over the rear left tire of a parked Range Rover, causing the entire vehicle to flip onto its left side.
With no way of getting her out safely, Firefighters had to break out jigsaws, axes and the Jaws Of Life... completely dismantling the roof and windshield of the vehicle until she is safely removed.
And we just so happened to pass by SunOfHollywood.com's favorite Red-Head... Phoebe Price, who was having lunch down the street at Chin Chin's in Sunset Plaza.

sewer, but when freedom finally came as a result of a joint effort by LAPD
officers and City of L.A firefighters, the churlish feline tried to attack his
rescuers, before being put in the back of a LAPD Police Car
``Two of our officers were flagged down around 1:15 a.m., near the intersection of Avalon Boulevard and 83rd Street, by a resident who told them a cat had been stuck inside a sewer for a couple of days,'' said Lt. Darrell Belthius, watch commander at the Los Angeles Police Department's 77th Street Station.
``The officers tried to free the crying cat and then contacted the fire
department who came out and removed the grate from the sewer,'' Belthius said.
The kitten was tiny, gray and white, and appeared to be just a few
months old, a news photographer reported from the scene.
After 1 hour of paitentaly waiting a LA City Firefighter that crawled into the sewer was able to grab the frightened kitten out from inside the sewer. ``But they said it came out like a Tasmanian devil,'' Belthius said. ``They said it tried to bite and scratch everyone." The firefighter was able to put it in the back of the original police officers squad car and they took the kitten to the 77th Division Police Station. One of the LAPD Officers that was at the scene took it and will give it a good home. LOUDLABS NEWS

Universal Studios is the largest and most active film and television studio in the world as well as a popular family day out, being one of the most successful amusement parks in the U.S.A. and its many famous film sets are instantly recognizable.
Since its opening in 1955, Disneyland has become a worldwide phenomenon. The world's original and longest surviving theme park provides an enchanting mix of shows, attractions and well known cartoon characters and the journey through Toontown on its bumpy tramway is a stimulating experience for both young and old.
At weekends, those who want to see but, above all, be seen, make for Venice Beach. The sandy beach is relaxing and its many pavements are popular with joggers and roller skaters alike. Even by Los Angeles standards, the performers on Muscle Beach are quite outrageous and while some body-builders lift thousands of kilos, others shamelessly display their supreme egos by strutting like conceited peacocks!
Built in 1908, Santa Monica Pier is reminiscent of the hazy lazy seaside resorts of the 1920s. Extending into the water some 300 metres, the pier's amusement park is constantly bursting with life, with its big wheel, swings and richly- decorated carousel.
Once the most celebrated residential area of the rich and famous, today Sunset Boulevard is a busy main traffic artery. At night, when brash neon signs shine out their colorful animated messages, this famous boulevard still possesses a unique atmosphere.

Canadian filmmaker Apolla Echino was tired of seeing men get to have all the fun in adventure films and is on a one-woman mission to change that around. Her documentary series, A Woman’s Guide To The World, has taken her aboard a tall ship sailing to Antarctica and into the wildest corners of the Amazon jungle. But it’s the latest chapter, a wintertime surf trip across the stunning South Island of New Zealand that has attracted hundreds of thousands of viewers from across the globe.
The film charts Apolla's journey from the breathtaking Kaikoura coastline, south to the Catlins and west to the wild and remote Jackson Bay. Apolla even chances upon a freshwater break at the mouth of the Buller River - a rare event that only occurs a dozen times a year. In the freezing New Zealand winter, Apolla is often the only surfer in the water - a fate that she says was both intimidating and exhilarating, “At times I wondered what the hell I was doing taking such a gutsy trip.”
It’s a sacrifice she felt it was necessary to take in order to show other woman what is possible. Apolla says she wants other women to be inspired by her films, “I started the series with the hope it might encourage women to be the subject of their own adventure stories.”
“Solo travelling is one of the greatest ways I have found to build a deep and lasting relationship with yourself,” says Apolla. “It forces you to rely on your instincts, to hone a deep trust in your ability to rise to a challenge and in the quieter moments of the journey, to turn inward.”
Remarkably, Apolla only started surfing in her 30s after a relocation to Los Angeles from New York, “I bought a 9’4 board and found my sweet spot as a long-boarder. I loved the laid back vibe of it and the sturdy feel of it under my feet on a wave.” Now that same green board with a heart on it that she’d surfed in California accompanies her throughout the film as she journeys across the South Island.
Despite donning a 5.5mm wetsuit, the cold was a constant on the trip, “Since I was surfing every day and sleeping without electricity at night, my wetsuit, booties and gloves never had the chance to dry. Putting on the wet gear in the morning after a cold night was never pleasant,” she says.
This surf, adventure film is not without an emotional undertow. The trip came at a challenging time for Apolla who was in the early throes of a relationship breakup. She says the time spent alone out in the water was actually the perfect medicine, “If you ever have to make a big life call, doing it out in the surf is the way to do it. You feel calm, quiet and connected to something bigger than yourself.”
