After the 4-week trial, you will be enrolled automatically in a Premium monthly contract. You may cancel your 4-week trial at any time. Offer open only to new individual customers based in the UK. Subscriptions are non-refundable.

After the 4-week trial, you will be enrolled automatically in an annual contract which is billed monthly, quarterly or annually. You may cancel your 4-week trial at any time. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Offer open only to new individual customers.

Frequently asked questions

You can pay either by debit card, credit card or with PayPal. All subscriptions are charged monthly, quarterly or annually and will renew automatically unless you cancel.

When subscribing to FT.com via PayPal you will be taken to their website and asked to sign-in to your PayPal account. If you don’t already have a PayPal account you can sign up for one there and then.

Unless you cancel your subscription before we have started providing any part of it to you (in which case we will provide you with a full refund), then you agree that once we have started providing any part of your subscription to you, you do not have any right to cancel your subscription or any part of it until the end of your then current subscription period. This means that you are not entitled to a refund once we have started providing any part of your subscription to you, except in the very limited circumstances which are referred to in these terms and conditions. Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current subscription period.

To access your 3 articles, we ask you to register some basic information about yourself, such as the industry you work in and the type of role you hold. We then use this information to deliver you relevant FT content and advertising.

The FT Web App for iPad and iPhone, the FT Android App and the FT Windows 8 App are all free to download and available with all FT.com digital subscriptions.

For the FT iPad or iPhone web apps simply open the browser on your iPad/iPhone and navigate to http://app.ft.com. To be able to use the application when you don’t have a signal, we encourage you to save it to your device’s home screen. For more information about the FT Web Apps click here.

The FT Android App can be downloaded instantly from Google Play either on your device or from your desktop. For more information about the Android App click here.

If your address is within a newspaper delivery area you will receive your copy of the newspaper by either hand-delivery or the fastest postal route. Newspaper delivery is available in most major business centres and cities across Europe. To find out whether we deliver to your area or not, please enter your postcode into the newspaper subscription sign-up form or contact our customer services team on subscriptions@ft.com or 0800 028 1407.

As part of your print subscription you will receive a newspaper 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. All 6 of these editions will be sent to the delivery address registered for that subscription. In order to receive FT Weekend at a separate address (different to your newspaper delivery address), you can take out two separate subscriptions. To do so, please contact our customer services team on subscriptions@ft.com or 0800 028 1407.

FT newspapers are available to buy with cash in hundreds of retails accross the UK. If you subscribe to the FT newspaper and receive vouchers, you will use your vouchers as full payment for FT newspapers instead of cash.

No. An FT print subscription does not include access to FT.com. In order to do so you will need to take out a print + digital subscription. This will provide you with daily newspaper delivery as well as unlimited access to FT.com via desktop, tablet and mobile.
