Police said no charges have been laid after an allegedly stolen jack russell terrier puppy was returned to a pet store in Morley on Thursday afternoon.
It is believed a man and a woman entered 4Paws pet store at Coventry Markets at around 1.20pm on Monday, and proceeded to enquire about purchasing a puppy.

The man spoke to the worker as the woman walked casually out of the store with the six week old Jack Russell puppy in hand.
The puppy was wearing a red jumper, and the woman was caught on CCTV leaving the centre with the animal in her arms.

WA Police spokeswoman Sarah Dyer said the puppy had now been returned to the store, and there appeared to be a 'misunderstanding' between the couple and the store.
