I had been dying to try the menu at MG&G. I understood that they don't take bookings during the day. I rang to speak with the Manager to ask for an exception to... this rule as my husband has a disability and cannot stand for very long. I was advised that they could look out for me but wouldn't take a booking. I was then referred to other cafes near by. I think it is very poor business practice not to be flexible enough to accomodate people needs with disabilities. I will not be going to MG&G and will be telling all my friends about this unsatisfactory business practice. See more

Was waiting and told by the girl that we were first for a table of four. Another Pair walks in which had a table of two booked and then said one more was coming.... So they jumped ahead of us and 35 minutes later the girl comes out and said did we offer you a table. Little bit annoyed that they let the other group ahead. So this will be going into a blog as a table stuff up. Ended up leaving after the 35 minute wait. Get your shit into gear guys. See more
