Are We There Yet? is a 2005 American family comedy film which was produced by Revolution Studios and was distributed by Columbia Pictures, directed by Brian Levant. Although it was panned by critics, it grossed $82 million in North America alone and sold 3.7 million DVDs.
The film, while set in Portland, Oregon, Vancouver, British Columbia and other parts of the Pacific Northwest, was mostly shot on location in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, including a view of the Lions' Gate Bridge, the Financial District skyscrapers and the downtown scene near the film's conclusion. A sequel, Are We Done Yet?, was released in 2007, and a television series based around the film's main characters premiered in 2010.
Nick Persons (Ice Cube), a 37-year-old bachelor, takes a car drive on New Year's Eve to Vancouver from Portland, Oregon to transfer two bratty children, Lindsey and Kevin Kingston (Aleisha Allen and Philip Bolden), to their divorced mother, Suzanne Kingston (Nia Long), on whom Nick has a crush.

Are We There Yet? (2005): Where Are They Now?
I think that we're lost again
and this looks like the shitty side of town
We're running out of gas
and the sun is going...
down...down...down.
Time to turn around
and start heading back
in the right direction now,
but my map is upside down.
I just wanna make it to the show,
but I don't think that we're gonna go,
I can see the headline now...
"Four punks are dead again...
We know you don't care...but, film at ten.
And, now on to sports."
Things are looking bleak,
everybody thinks that I'm a geek.
We're hiding all our cash,
my fingernails are digging in the dash.
"Why didn't you ask for directions?
What Cracker Jack box did you find your
license in?
You stupid piece of shit...
I'll never ride with you again!"
I just wanna make it to the show,
but I don't think that we're gonna go.
"Just pull over and let me drive!"
Everybody wants me dead.
I think the club is up ahead.
It feels good to be alive!
