Jammin

Jammin was an original reality television series created by Sí TV that documents the attempts of six Latino bands to win a $10,000 cash prize and a Gibson sponsorship. Out of hundreds of bands that submitted entries, only the top fifteen bands, selected by online polling, advanced to the next round. A panel of expert judges then chose six semi-finalists based on their musical potential. The semi-finalists were flown to Los Angeles, where they received guidance from a series of mentors and given the chance to play live for the judges. Three finalists had the opportunity make their own music video and, finally, competed in a battle of the bands on-stage.

Bob Marley

Robert Nesta "Bob" Marley, OM (6 February 1945 – 11 May 1981) was a Jamaican reggae singer, songwriter, musician, and guitarist who achieved international fame and acclaim. Starting out in 1963 with the group The Wailers, he forged a distinctive songwriting and vocal style that would later resonate with audiences worldwide. The Wailers would go on to release some of the earliest reggae records with producer Lee "Scratch" Perry.

After the Wailers disbanded in 1974, Marley pursued a solo career upon his relocation to England that culminated in the release of the album Exodus in 1977, which established his worldwide reputation and produced his status as one of the world's best-selling artists of all time, with sales of more than 75 million records.Exodus stayed on the British album charts for fifty-six consecutive weeks. It included four UK hit singles: "Exodus", "Waiting in Vain", "Jamming", and "One Love". In 1978 he released the album Kaya, which included the hit singles "Is This Love" and "Satisfy My Soul".

Arjun Kanungo

Arjun Kanungo is a singer, composer, producer best known for his debut single Baaki Baatein Peene Baad and for his work in Go Goa Gone (2013) and Pizza 3D (2014) and his rising popularity on YouTube. He is currently signed to Sony Music, India.

Early life

Born and raised in Mumbai, Arjun Kanungo has a Mass Media degree and a diploma in Sound Engineering. He is a trained method actor from Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City.

He is a trained Indian classical singer and plays the Piano & Guitar.

Career

At the age of 18, Arjun explored his entrepreneurial side by opening up a recording studio in Mumbai called Promethean Audio. Soon after, he diversified into acoustic design and construction with his second venture Promethean Design. He gained popularity after his stint as a playback singer for movies like Goa Goa Gone and Pizza. As a vocalist, Arjun has toured India, Dubai, Australia and Sri Lanka with Asha Bhosle, in addition to solo shows.He is also active as a composer for TV ads and background scores also has worked with brands like Nike Cricket and ESPN. On the 25th of September, 2015 Arjun Kanungo's debut single Baaki Baatein Peene Baad was released on Sony Music India. The song features the popular rapper Badshah.

A. R. Rahman

Allah-Rakha Rahman ( pronunciation , born A. S. Dileep Kumar on 6 January 1967) is an Indian composer, singer-songwriter, music producer, musician and philanthropist. Rahman's works are noted for integrating Eastern classical music with electronic music, world music and traditional orchestral arrangements. Among his awards are two Academy Awards, two Grammy Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe, four National Film Awards, fifteen Filmfare Awards and thirteen Filmfare Awards South. Rahman's body of work for film and stage has given him the nickname of "the Mozart of Madras", and Tamil commentators and fans call him Isai Puyal (English: the Musical Storm).

In 2009, Time included Rahman on its list of the world's most influential people. The UK-based world-music magazine Songlines named him one of "Tomorrow's World Music Icons" in August 2011.

With an in-house studio (Panchathan Record Inn in Chennai) Rahman's film-scoring career began during the early 1990s with the Tamil film Roja. Working in India's film industries, international cinema and theatre, Rahman is one of the world's all-time best-selling recording artists. In a notable two-decade career, he has been acclaimed for redefining contemporary Indian film music and contributing to the success of several films. Rahman has become a notable humanitarian and philanthropist, donating and raising money for a number of causes and charities.

Art director is the title for a variety of similar job functions in theater, advertising, marketing, publishing, fashion, film and television, the Internet, and video games.

it is the charge of a sole art director to supervise and unify the vision. In particular, the art director is in charge of the overall visual appearance and how it communicates visually, stimulates moods, contrasts features, and psychologically appeals to a target audience. The art director makes decisions about visual elements used, what artistic style to use, and when to use motion.

One of the most difficult problems that art directors face is to translate desired moods, messages, concepts, and underdeveloped ideas into imagery. During the brainstorming process, art directors, co-workers, and clients are engaged in imagining what the finished piece or scene might look like. At times, an art director is ultimately responsible for solidifying the vision of the collective imagination while resolving conflicting agenda and inconsistencies between the various individual inputs.
