Crave or Craving may refer to:
James Bay (French: Baie James, Cree: Wînipekw) is a large body of water on the southern end of Hudson Bay in Canada. Both bodies of water extend from the Arctic Ocean. It is the southernmost part of the Arctic Ocean. James Bay borders the provinces of Quebec and Ontario; islands within the bay (the largest of which is Akimiski Island) are part of Nunavut. The James Bay watershed is the site of several major hydroelectric projects, and is also a destination for river-based recreation. Several communities are located near or alongside James Bay, including a number of Aboriginal communities such as the Kashechewan First Nation and nine communities affiliated with the Crees of northern Quebec.
As with the rest of Hudson Bay, the waters of James Bay routinely freeze over in winter, although it is the last to freeze over in winter, and conversely the first to thaw in summer.
Human presence along the shores of the bay can be traced back to the retreat of the glaciers at the end of the last ice age around 8,150 years ago. Since contact with Europeans, the indigenous peoples along both shores of the bay were ethnically Cree peoples.
"Constant Craving" is a song written by k.d. lang and Ben Mink, and performed by k.d. lang on her album Ingénue. The song first made the charts in 1992, and won her the Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance in 1993 and an MTV Video Music Award for Best Female Video. The track also appears on the 2008 compilation album, Northern Songs: Canada's Best and Brightest, which highlights some of Canada's best musicians from a variety of genres.
"Constant Craving" peaked at #38 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also reached #2 on the Billboard adult contemporary chart. In the UK, the song was initially a modest hit when released in 1992, but after being re-released in 1993 in the wake of its American success, it peaked at #15 on the UK Singles Chart in its fourth week.
The music video was filmed in black-and-white. It presents a fanciful recreation of the premiere of Samuel Beckett's play Waiting for Godot in Paris, 1953. Here, she is depicted singing backstage while the actors perform. The director, Mark Romanek, says the song's lyrics of desperation and waiting fit well with the themes of Beckett's play. Much to Lang's surprise, the video won Best Female Video at the 1993 MTV Video Music Awards.

I don't own this song. This is uploaded just for fun. Walking through the traffic on a Monday In the town I grew up Shelter from the rain in every doorway It's dark and everyone's numb Kids are making faces in the bus lane But nobody looks up Everyone's life the same as yesterday Just like the ticking of clocks And I'm craving, craving, craving something I can feel Where do I go, what do I need, is it ecstasy or is it fear? Am I on my own, am I even close 'Coz I'm craving, craving, craving something I can feel Never thought the night could get so lonely 'til she called me up Never thought these streets could've out-grown me I guess it wasn't enough So I put my faith in everyone around me Then she sold all my stuff Sheer and wild abandon that's all I need And someone I can trust 'Coz I'...

I walked along a boundless passage
It collapsed above my head
A cyclone sweeps me away
And avalanches plunge
A craving for delight - no remembrance
We're neither lost nor found
White walls hold me in chains
The axis got out of place
A child is dancing to the sound
Of detonating bombs
A craving for delight - no remembrance
We're neither lost nor found
A raging torrent pulls me down
And I don't attempt to hold my breath
The glass is shattering on the ground
It cuts into my skin, but no blood is pouring
A craving for delight - no remembrance
We're neither lost nor found
I see the children again
It smiles
It burns
