It seems somebody hasn't learned his lesson.

Disgraced former New York Rep. Anthony Weiner, who resigned his congressional seat in 2011 after getting caught sending racy photos to women other than his wife, has been at it again.

This time, one of the images Weiner took of himself in his underwear, sent to a woman "out west" and obtained by The New York Post, showed his 4-year-old son Jordan next to him on the bed.

"Someone just climbed into my bed," Weiner wrote on July 31, 2015, according to screenshots of the conversation obtained by the Post. Jordan, wrapped in a green blanket, is seen next to his father, who is naked except for revealing white boxers.

The texts between the woman and Weiner began in January 2015 and continued until last month, according to the Post. The woman is described as a "40-something divorcee" who is "his polar opposite politically: a self-avowed supporter of Donald Trump and the National Rifle Association who's used Twitter to bash both President Obama and Clinton."

Weiner, a Democrat who also ran a failed campaign for New York City mayor in 2013, told the Post he and the woman in question "have been friends for some time," although they have never met, despite his repeated invitations for her to visit.

"She has asked me not to comment except to say that our conversations were private," he said, adding that their conversations "often included pictures of her nieces and nephews and my son and were always appropriate."

Weiner sent a number of shirtless selfies, and received images of the woman wearing a bikini or low-cut gym clothes in return.

By Monday morning, Weiner had deleted his Twitter account.

The conversations are similar to those that cost Weiner, 51, his political career. In June 2011, he was first caught when he accidentally posted a photo of himself in his underwear to Twitter. After first claiming his account had been hacked and denying taking the photo, he eventually admitted engaging in racy conversations online and by phone with a number of women, and on June 16, 2011, announced his resignation from Congress.

Weiner has been married to Huma Abedin, a longtime Hillary Clinton aide since 2010 who has also been in the news as a recipient of many of the emails that FBI recently reviewed and that were kept on Clinton's private server while she was secretary of state. Abedin was pregnant with Jordan at the time the first scandal emerged.

Weiner attempted a political comeback in 2013 with his bid for mayor, and for a short time, was a front-runner in the race. But in July, several months before the primary, new photos emerged of conversations between Weiner, calling himself "Carlos Danger" and a 22-year old woman to whom he sent more pictures between late 2012 and April 2013.

He eventually lost the race, coming in fifth place with just 4.9 percent of the vote.

Corrected on Aug. 29, 2016: This story has been corrected to reflect the age of Anthony Weiner's son.
