ARRIVERDERCI ROMA LP - Louis Martinelli And The Continentals

O.K. this week still waiting to buy a new Ortofon Concorde MKII Club to replace my tracking stretched and now static sound S-120 stylus from back in the blog forming days (2007-2008) so just trying to do old vinyl on my similar Numark back up stylus that I normally use for just skips but was sounding good like in it's zone for the old vinyl and also doing tape rips.  Hell, can't even do CD rips now as my laptop drive center plastic disc guide broke last week (uhh!) so I will have to make another or buy software for my PC since the Realplayer shareware on that won't play sound??  At least I welcome issues since my career choice as an engineering troubleshooter keeps me thrilled!!

This post is 15 songs from a Greatest Hits album I had on tape given to me by the same guy who gave me the Elf tape that I have posted.  Stupid me dumped the tape with song titles into the Goodwill bag and is now gone so labels are needed on the great songs.  The Amboy Dukes were on the flipside of the tape and I didn't even get the album title so I will include that link here as well.

Since we had some Yes vocals last week, how about some Yes keyboard sounds?  As the Wiki states, they are the first Italian Prog Rock band or Rock for that matter to make it big overseas.  Somehow the true prog classics have a certain guitar sound that sounds incredible on vinyl ala the first ELP record or early Gentle Giant stuff and this is no different with intense energy.  Looks like the only two releases that made it overseas but the live LP summarizes the hit songs on those earlier releases.
