Plot: Om Prakash Makhija is a Junior Artiste in Bollywood, who is infatuated with actress Shantipriya, and hopes to marry her someday. His hopes come to reality when he rescues her from a fire and they go on a date. Shortly thereafter he finds out that she is married to a film producer, Mukesh Mehra, and is expecting his child. He then watches in horror as Mukesh, after luring her in an abandoned studio, sets it afire. Om attempts to rescue her in vain, and he eventually is killed. 30 years later, Om is reborn as the only son of yesteryear Bollywood actor, Rajesh Kapoor, and is himself an actor. His memories start to return when he meets with his widowed mother, Bela, from his previous birth. He also meets with Mukesh and together they decide to make a movie 'Om Shanti Om'. Om then hires a look-alike of Shantipriya, and hopes to force a confession out of Mukesh - but things go awry and Om finds his life endangered once again.

Plot: Sita lives a middle-class lifestyle with her retired and widowed schoolmaster dad, Ramdas. One day she is molested by Prakash and slaps him. A few days later, wealthy Ghanshyamdas, a former pupil of Ramdas, approaches him to ask for Sita's hand in marriage for his son. The marriage takes place, Sita re-locates to Prakash's house and family, consisting of Prakash's mom, Shanti; his married sister, Shobha, whose husband is Police Inspector Sudhir; a cousin brother, Amar; and Shanti's brother, Rakesh, who had also attempted to molest Sita. Shanti and Shobha had wanted Prakash to get married to wealthy & gorgeous Sonia, are quite peeved with Sita, they abuse her both physically and verbally, while Prakash makes it clear that he only married her to get even for getting slapped. Things get worse after Ghanshyamdas passes away, and the rest of the family, save for Amar, attempt to burn Sita. Amar comes to her rescue, and together they conceive a plot to get even as wealthy Kamini and her assistant Nakadram. They do succeed considerably, but things change dramatically when Rakesh finds out their true identities and decides to do away with both of them - and this time there will be no one who can come to their rescue.

Plot: Leela and Bholaram are a childless couple. Leela works as a midwife, and one day assists Sunderdas' wife to give birth to twin boys. She decides to keep one baby for herself, and tells Sunderdas that his wife has given birth to one child. There are complications for the mother, and she passes away without seeing her children. Leela and Bholaram bring up Kanhaiya, while Sunderdas attempts to bring up Kishen, but is unable to do a good job. So he marries Kamini, who comes along with her brother, Ghendamal, to live at the estate. She has an illegitimate child named Ramesh from another man, and when Sunderdas comes to know of this, he is threatened and attacked, and as a result of which p is paralyzed, unable to move. Kishen is brought by Kamini and Ghendamal with lot of abuse, and intimidation, and is kept illiterate, so that he can blindly sign away whatever documents he is asked to sign. Kishen likes Radha, a servant, and is married, but the atrocities do not stop, and then Kishen runs away. Ghendamal captures Kanhaiya, who also looks like Kishen, and brings him back, not realizing that the tables are now going against him.

Plot: Honest and dedicated Police Inspector Kumar Chandra Singh intercepts a bank robbery, and is in the process of arresting the bank robbers, when he himself becomes a suspect, and is apprehended with a suitcase containing some of the cash stolen from that bank. Kumar is stripped of his powers as a policeman; is arrested; tried in court; and sentenced to prison. As a result of his arrest, his mother dies of shock and disbelief. He is crippled in an accident, and must use the help of crutches to walk. When he is released from prison, he has only one goal in his life - to find the culprits responsible for his ruin, and humiliation. Plot: Mohan Lal lives in a small rural town in India with his mother, and twin brother, Shankar. In order to improve their lifestyle, Shankar decides to re-locate to Bombay, with hopes to find a job and find accommodation for his Mohan and their mom. Mohan keeps in touch with Shankar through regular mail. Then one day a man named Raja Karan Singh visits them in their small tenement, tells them that he is Shankar's employer, gives them some money to pay for necessities and rent, and asks them to accompany him to Bombay to have his mom medically treated. After his mom recovers, the Raja asks them to live with him in his palace. When Mohan and his mother insist that Shankar be re-called back, they find out that Shankar is dead, and that the person responsible for his death is none other than Raja himself. The police are involved, they arrest Raja and charge him under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code - a charge that may lead to a death sentence. It is then that Mohan finds out that the Raja did not kill Shankar, and he races to overturn the judgment, as well as find the real killer, before the sentence is carried out.

Plot: When Lajjo is at her deathbed, she summons her stepson, Rahu, so that he can look after her son, Beli. Rahu does attend her residence, just before her death, assists with the funeral and offers to take Beli with him and look after him. Rahu hires a hit-man named Jaggu and instructs him to kill Beli. Jaggu is unable to kill Beli, angering Rahu to no end. Rahu then pushes Jaggu and Beli from a cliff and hopes that they have met their respective ends. Rahu then sets about to claim Lajjo's property, by hiring a man to pose as Beli. Months later, Rahu approaches a wealthy woman for her only daughter's (Parvati) hand in marriage. While Paro's mother approves of Rahu, Paro is in love with someone else. While her mother finds out that she is in love with a mere employee, she dismisses him, and make arrangements for her marriage with Rahu. Watch the suspense and the climax unfold as Rahu prepares to get married to Paro, with the assurance that no one can ever get in his way.

Plot: Prakash and his beautiful sister live an impoverished lifestyle in a rented room in Bombay. They do not even have enough to eat and are three months behind in their rent. The neighborhood has put pressure on their landlord to evict them as they suspect his sister of being overly friendly with a homeless male who calls himself Laatsaheb. Things only get worse after Prakash is killed and his sister decides to re-locate by train. While traveling she finds her co-passenger is none other than Laatsaheb - who confesses that he loves her. Before she could respond, the train meets with an accident, he survives with minor injuries but she loses her memory, is hospitalized and presumed to have lost her mind also. She manages to escape and ends up with Imperial College's Professor Nath - who gets smitten by her beauty, calls her Kamini, assures her that she has always lived with him, and decides not to treat her medically - so that she can be his forever.
